Quick summary of new update.
Bumped into the same issues during install as above; updater doesn't work, /sdcard is encrypted (looks very much like encfs), so best bet is to download rom to computer and adb sideload it.
Can confirm that the webview issue is resolved, it works reliably now in both apps that broke badly before.
Will keep posted with future developments.

The issue is known and happens for some users. Issue is fixed and tested by some users who have this issue. Already uploading the fix
If not present, is there (for example) an app or a Magisk module for sim toggle?
Hi all, just confirming that I was able to dirty flash this update over 3.2 without disabling the screen lock. What I did:
- Reboot to recovery (TWRP)
- Select "Keep system read only" on startup when prompted
- Go to Advanced -> ADB sideload
- Check "Wipe cache" and "wipe dalvik" (both checkboxes)
- Swipe to enable ADB sideload
- Connect to a Windows PC, then on Powershell, do `adb sideload <filename.zip>`
Anyone have low in call volume? Maybe my ear piece speaker is defective but even at max I can barely hear people. the Call Quality thread on the FAQ says that the phone should have an extremely loud in-call volume.
good night, i have few bugs.. On google photos app i can't modify any photo or video.. call earspeaker stops working randomly, i have to restart the phone each time, and recording videos on apps like instagram or snapchat is very low sound

3. Wipe Dalvik/Art Cache, Cache, System and Vendor
4. Format data
5. Reboot to recovery
6. Download CipherOS
7. Flash CipherOS using ADB Sideload
8. (Flash FW 12.5.4 if not already done)
but a big problem occurs, no ear sound when I phone call somebody, I have resolved this problem with the flash of FW 12.5.4 and flash again CipherOS using ADB Sideload
so I thing the proper steps to install this ROM is to :
1. Download TWRP here
2. Flash TWRP (fastboot flash recovery twrp.img)
if there is an issue to keep TWRP on recovery partition you have to "fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img" from the following page https://unofficialtwrp.com/twrp-3-3-1-root-xiaomi-mi-note-10-tucana/, don't forget to unzip it)
3. Wipe Dalvik/Art Cache, Cache, System and Vendor
4. Format data
5. Reboot to recovery
6. Flash FW 12.5.4
7. Reboot to recovery
8. Flash CipherOS using ADB Sideload

1-i think this is related to android 12 and twrp
2-everything smooth (insta,twitter) but I once got twitter to stutter, I think the phone was thermal throttling since I was using it while charging(or using it heavily I don't remember) -

Installing:
1. Download TWRP here
2. Flash TWRP
3. Wipe Dalvik/Art Cache, Cache, System and Vendor
4. Format data
5. Reboot to recovery
6. Download CipherOS and copy it to your device
7. Flash CipherOS
8. (Flash FW 12.5.4 if not already done)
Update the ROM:
1. Download the newest CipherOS version manually or through the updater
2. Remove your screen lock
3. Boot to recovery
4. Flash CipherOS in the recovery (for OTA users you find it in /data/cipheros_updates)
(OTA will be automatic in the future)
5. Wipe cache
6. Reboot
