I installed this one after trying about 4 or 5 different roms - works perfectly (I am actually using the hotspot of my 3UK on my SM-J500FN to write this reply now)
You de have to reboot after selecting the APN in settings:
lineage-go-16.0-j6-20191008-NIGHTLY-j5nlte.zip
open_gapps-arm-9.0-pico-20220215.zip
