After installing MIUI 13, install this TWRP without restarting! (оnly for redmi 9 recovery)

I'm newbie and the file TWRP_Lancelot_A12.img doesn't appear in the list of available files for flashing in the TWRP I have installed. I could flash it through fastboot but then I should quit TWRP after installing MIUI 13 and use fastboot.
Could you clarify this step please?

You need to select install img files in the recovery. This is not a zip, so it is not displayed in the general menu with files. You need to install it in the recovery section

Yesterday I installed the new release from december the 3d using the OTA method. It did well but after some use I detect some minor errors (camera won't work, vibration buttons do't work either,...). Did I upgrade as it was supposed? I don't understant the instruccions for new releases if you have already the 12L version installed. Do I have to wipe all, install recovery and MIUI 13, ... everytime a new version is avaliable?

Hello, do I already need to be on Android 11 to do this? My Redmi 9 is currently on Android 11.

Also, how do I know whether my Redmi 9 is a supported device (lancelot) or not? Thanks in advance!

Hi.

I was on 13.0.3.0 EEA and switched to LinageOS 20.
As it took a while to figure it out, I wrote down the steps that worked.

    You must have an unlocked bootloader, an up-to-date recovery is installed with support for installing 12 android.​

    Method of installing new releases starting from 09.09.2022:​

    If you are using ROM on android 11 or ROM on android 12 with R vendor:​

    - Imei backup - here

    - Download rom

    - Wipe dalvik/art cache, cache, data, and data for yes.

    - Reboot to recovery

    - flash miui_LANCELOT_V13.0.4.0.SJCCNXM_a977169e46_12.0.zip for android 11 recovery!!!! After that, do not reboot in any case! Install TWRP from the next stage!

    - After installing MIUI 13, install this TWRP without restarting! (оnly for redmi 9 recovery)

    - After installation, reboot into recovery, wipe dalvik/art cache, cache, data, and data for yes.

    - Reboot in recovery

    - Flash ROM in S vendor, GApps, Magisk, etc.

    Method of installing old releases (Before 09.09.2022):​

    - Flash this archive (from the home folder /data) it will create a backup of the files. This is done once (save the backups you have in a safe place).
    Imei backup - here

    - Wipe Dalvik/Art, Cache, Format Data and separately Data via yes.

    - Reboot to recovery.

    - Flash in FW
    FW - here

    - Flash in ROM

    - Flash GApps, Magisk, etc.

    - Reboot to system

    Congratulations, you have installed ROM!

    Attention!​

    For those who do not trust these stages of installation, flash the latest up-to-date MIUI on android 11 via fastboot, after installation, do wipe Dalvik/Art, Cache, Format Data and separately Data via yes, reboot into recovery and flash the firmware.

    Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)

    Use 12 - FlameGApps, BitGApps, NikGApps.
