I flashed this rom but SE LInux and Encryption are disabled. Can you confirm this is how the rom is supposed to be?

Is it only me or location services don't work? I've tried with different GPS apps and it does not connect to any sat (verified with some GPS toolbox apps). Location services is enabled, and all helpers enabled as well

Thank you @rlawoehd187 for reviving my trusty Nexus 5X.
I try to use it as a daily driver (installed your latest image 3 days ago) but unfortunately the display dies randomly while the phone seems to be online.
After that i always have to perform a hard reboot (long pressed power-button)

Maybe you can help.

Fingerprint scanner appears after the first postinstallation reboot, but then it's just... disappear again. Seem like it's still a huge bug.

i have the same issue . Is there a way to enable it?

1. Fingerprint scanner can sometimes randomly dissappear after turning the device off/on, but appears again after rebooting.
2. GPS isn't working at all.
3. Front camera has green artifacts.
4. SELinux (enforced/permissive) is disabled.
5. Test-keys build.

Dear All

I would like to report problem and ask some questions. I flashed this ROM - LineageOS 19.1 and my GPS signal is so weak that it could not connect to any satellite. I also flash Pixel Experience 12.1L. Same problem. After that, I flashed LineageOS 15.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreon which is the latest official support version for Nexus 5X and GPS fix in seconds. I've tried some fix on the internet by replace /system/etc/gps.conf from stock firmware but it didn't solve the problem so it's obvious that this is software problem (Driver Problem). My question is, Can we extract GPS driver from stock firmware android 8.1 and force it info Android 12.1?

I haven't tested GPS, my daily phone is a pixel 6 running Calyx OS, the nexus 5x is for home use on my WiFi for gmail and family link

I am stuck on the animation screen and yes i have let it sit for an hour.
I have searched but i dont know how to capture to stdout or a text file using logcat relevant info during the animation screen,

Can anyone think of maybe a fundamental issue that I need to address?

Thanks @TitanTyrion so much! The updated TWRP did the trick. Installed pixel experience w/o issues. I'm sure LOS 19.1 should also work now.

I just came across this today - my 5X is used mostly for streaming music (no SIM). Updated to TWRP 3.7.0_9-0-f2fs (then rebooted to recovery...) then lineage-19.1-20230330-UNOFFICIAL-bullhead.zip. Not sure what is different form the 0325 build (commits' change logs don't show more changes until Apr), but it's working well so far - lots of updates are installing now but I'll test bluetooth later. Thanks @rlawoehd187 for this!

I'm using 0330 build and everything works fine (GPS, fingerprint, ...) but SELinux is disabled
