Development [Rom][13.0.0_r20]AICP Pixel 7 & Pixel 7 pro[Panther][Cheetah]

Trying to build for panther but got:

error: packages/apps/WallpaperPicker2/Android.bp:24:1: "wallpaper-common-deps" depends on undefined
module "SystemUICustomizationLib"

Is this upstream issue or am I missing something?

seems to be an upstream issue with source though i dont understand why since no work has been done yet on the source. but ive seen a couple of these errors reported with people working with lineage based source

im just chilling waiting for them update thier source and ill have what ever sec patch is ready when they do

Gotcha. Just when I decide to get back in to development ish, things get broke...lol

Probably silly question. If I wanted to go from latest Lineage 20 build to this, would it be best to first flash official feb stock image to both slots? Or could i just jump straight to this? I didn't think so but thought I'd get a second opinion.

you can flash this on top of lineage fine. should be able to dirty flash as well.

Update: Aicp is working on thier repos. i hope to have march patch out this weekend.

April security patch is out now.

if you havent updated to march or april radio and bootloader, now would be a good time to do so. this will insure that you are safe from the wifi security bug found in february.

Unfortunately, even with this change, I have a CTS profile mismatch. I'm not sure if this one is my fault, I may have to do a firmware reflash.

- April firmware already installed prior to flashing
- fastboot -w aicp
- Reboot to system, finish setup
- Reboot to bootloader, flash Magisk patched April boot_init
- Reboot to system, verify Magisk installed, enable Zygisk and denylist
- Install Universal SafetyNet Fix and MagiskHide Props Config modules
- Reboot to apply Zygisk and modules
- Install YASNAC and add to denylist
- Run YASNAC, basic integrity passes but CTS fails

If I get the patience to reflash AICP after reflashing the stock firmware, I'll post another update to confirm this is an AICP issue rather than user error

It is not really visible for Pixel 7 Pro users currently.

I'm new to pixel.. and the way that i usually used before is going to twrp and flash roms.. but now it seem so different. You have to used cmd fastboot to flash almost all roms..

I have a small experience using fastboot on my OnePlus 9 before.. but not as complicated like this on pixel.. i don't how to change roms.. how to go back when i brick the phone.. the usual way i trouble shoot is far different now..

Please guide us..

yes its as easy as fastboot -w update name_of_rom.zip

the instructions in the op have been updated its a no brainer.

if you need to go back to stock its as easy as downloading the stock image zip then unzipping it and running the flash script

I have a problem with whatsapp. WA cannot read my contacts. All permissions are set.

I was able to solve the problem with WA.
But there is another problem. AICP only uses the higher CPU frequencies. The CPU runs permanently at 1800mhz when using the device. Even if only the display is on, the lower frequencies are hardly affected.

glad you were able to fix wa.

I dont mess around with the stock lineage kernel too much. making some changes breaks the rom build when compiling.

i suggest flashing a custom kernel. I use my own kernel Mad kali Maxhunter which works great with this rom but you could also use radioactive or kirisakura
