Anyone know how to get fingerprint scanner option to show up under Settings -> Security? Already changed resolution to 1440p under Display settings and rebooted, but still not showing up. Fresh install with Radioactive kernel.

I made a Magisk module to use the stock font configuration. Setting the font to Google Sans is an option in the ROM, but it is not the exact configuration as on stock, and also leads to some bugs for me in this ROM, like the double spacing between numbers in the Transparent Stacked Clock Widget.

Anyway I am attaching my module called "Google Pixel Fonts". The files were taken from stock April build. The module is inspired by Pixel Props. Thanks to @Zackptg5 for the Magisk module template.

Please ensure the font is set to default in the ROM settings, before using the module.

Edit: I was informed the previous zip did not unzip in Magisk and installation failed. I've rezipped the module and uploaded that. It should be working now.

I flashed last night and am very pleased with this ROM! Very smooth and responsive.

The only issue I've run into is that after I patch the init_boot through Magisk and transfer it to my PC, when I go to sideload it, it fails. It will read 0% and "failed to read command: No error." I'll then reboot while still in recovery and the screen will read that my previous flash failed. After booting, I'll open the Magisk app and the Superuser icon at the bottom is still grayed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

EDIT: I see where I went wrong...I mistakenly thought I needed to sideload it, when I was instead supposed to flash via fastboot, lol! *facepalm* Did that and it worked without a hitch

Hi,
I installed this ROM and wanted to give quick update on few things I had issue and hope it is taken into consideration.
I liked this ROM a lot. It is super smooth and runs super cool with default kernel.
few custom ROMs for 7 pro we have, almost all of them builds Kiri as default but this ROM doesnt do that and it is good thing.
(In no means, Kiri is not good but for people like me that prefers to run ROMs unrooted (work apps), Kiri is not the right choice as it needs powerhint module to run in full potential. ROM i ran that had Kiri as default without rooted, they ran hotter or get hotter easily.)
Not this ROM, while restoring my 101 apps from google restore, it didnt get that much hotter, amybe warm at the best. which was very surprising and the first thing I noticed. Thank you for not including Kiri.
This ROM has right amount of features and thats what i liked a lot.
Issues I would like to bring up:
-My Pixel buds were not connecting. (biggest issue for me)
usually, i would open my bud pro then it would notify me that my saved device is available and i would tap it and it would go through usual steps of connecting and setting up but in this ROM, it would error out and reboot didnt help. eventually it connected but like after literally 10 tries.
-default home is nice but wish it came with nexus launcher (I can only hope). search bar below the dock is not sized properly and tapping on weather doesn't open the weather.
-hiding app in launcher is bugged. once you select apps to hide, it needs restart but while opening developers option in launcher setting causes it to crash. this crash does restart launcher so, it works lol.
-Clear Calling is not present and hopefully, in next release it can be added.
-tapping Wireless Emergency alert setting crashes.
-don't understand the need for battery app, rcs app and stag wallpaper app. can you please at least let users disable them if not uninstall.
-finally, the last issue that made be flash another ROM.
search in settings were crashing when searching and tapping to open that setting and I though it might be because of new settings UI I was using. (I really like the new settings UI.) so, i thought i would revert back to default setting and try again. when i revert back, it said it needs to do systemUI restart and boom, I was in recovery screen and said my data might have been corrupted and i needed to format. i didnt want to risk getting this again so, i flashed another ROM for now.
hope to come back to this after this is fixed.

Thanks for a really detailed overview. I have taken all your points into consideration. I am surprised about the recovery issue. It shouldn't have happened at all. I'll have a look into it, hope you try the next release and like it all the same if not better (minus the issues)

I tried the May build, and I noticed some issues on it.

- The phone seems to be running hotter. Battery seems to be upwards of 35°C most of the time. CPU also seems to be running hotter.

- There are stutters/lag noticeable at times during app open/exit animations, and more noticeable while scrolling.

- Settings app is somewhat broken. After opening a top level setting, and scrolling through the sub-settings, there is flickering and overlapping of them with the heading text.

- I used the Google transparent stacked clock widget. It has too much spacing/padding in between the numerals. GoogleSansClock font and the relevant details of it are missing from /product/etc/fonts_customization.xml.

- In the QS, the settings icon is white on white background, with light theme.

- App exit animation often reverts to slide down, and restarting the launcher fixes it for a while until it reverts again.

- Keyboard navigation seems to be missing. The little down arrow button below the keyboard to hide it. This is present in the stock ROM. However, some ROMs such as Evolution-X have added this.

- The recents screen still has the distortion issue I reported with the February build. The posts are linked below.

No one can guarantee you updates. This is a project that is done for free whenever the devs have time. They can stop updating at any time. Literally ANY ROM.

I'm not sure what is not clear about my answer and his question. Should I elaborate to you?

Where did I say anything about him asking for ETA?

He asked about the future of development. My answer was simply that there is no guarantee of that. Devs can stop pushing updates at any time, so it's impossible to give him a positive answer but rather a "realistic" answer. And by me saying that no one can guarantee updates for the future, I pointed out that the development did not end, not officially, but that doesn't mean either that there will be future updates till the dev itself confirms, which I can confirm with the dev anyway since I know him.
