like others said, there's problem with the build. someone said you can get it working with installing a different kernel. but might as well wait for the next one.Hey guys, anyone has managed to install 3.8. I keep on getting back to twrp. Tried everything.
As far as I can tell, it is completely broken, read other posts in this thread and you can see that nothing has worked so far, just use 3.7 until they either fix it or make 3.9Hey guys, anyone has managed to install 3.8. I keep on getting back to twrp. Tried everything.
This is just how twrp and android works, to install ROMs or magisk or anything else through twrp you need to adb sideload or use external storage (SD card, usb stick, portable SSD, etc)Alright, I think it's better to wait for the next update.
I am currently using TWRP 3.7 FBEv2 but can't access data because of encryption what are you guys using ?
Please try to remember these are passion projects and updates come when they come. Devs are not obliged to provide anythingWhen are we getting 3.9? It's been a while since you updated gsi and you haven't updated any more since then, and Apollo hasn't been updated to 3.9, and 3.8 doesn't work either, is there some issue with updating Apollo?
yup. GMS seems to be culprit to battery drains almost always on android phones. to my experience, it was almost always location requests. the biggest offender on my phone was google home, especially it's presence detection.Anyone else getting massive battery drain now? Was on 3.6, flashed to 3.7 but same issue.
I had the same thing with pixel experience before, google play services is the culprit - seems to be tied to this https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...in-due-to-google-play-services.4406617/page-8

While I understand that making roms is completely unpaid, if it isn't being maintained then they should just say that, 3.10 is soon releasing and we don't have 3.9, 3.8 doesn't work either, I will probably switch to another rom if they don't update.
If it isn't being updated then just say that no one will update it, don't pretend that it is still up to date.
Same thing happened to me I'm sorry that I didn't wait before I see any reviews and I lost my twrp so now I'm stuck here on this rom because I no longer have a laptop.@mhmdeveloper please do not put new recovery in update file in future, because it forces you to factory reset, I don't know if this is for all phones or if it is problem for Apollo but please do not put recovery in Rom file, make it separate
As good as the ROM is, having the recovery in the same file is a bad idea, especially if you made your own version of twrp or orangefox, or if you prefer something which is no longer availableI'm not complaining because the rom is stable and great for daily usage but I'm also a flashaholic![]()
For the free stuff u are getting seems like u r disrespecting devs in a rude way. And 2ndly dont download builds that are archived from website [that are removed] its done for some reasons else u will face issues. Latest 30Aug build that is online has no such issues

I can confirm the bug. Once you activate it, the toggle remains stuck and cannot be disabled anymore. Also, Network & Internet Settings menu cannot be accessed anymore (it crashes when attempting to open it).Mobile hotspot wont work in the new version for me ..thanks for the rom
