No such problem here.
i'm using last build - dirty flash - with earbuds redmi 4 pro. LOS 20 + MTG only (no Magisk). all good.
so the problem was with the non Audio HD compatible headphones.
kernel support for vibration control added.
fix will be available in next build with QPR3 / June security patch release
"record all calls" switch settings missing - the switch in Dialer/Phone settings that enables call recording for all calls is not implemented in LineageOS currently.
Calls can only be recorded after they start by manually hitting the "record" button, the automatic call recording feature cannot be turned on due to missing settings switch - It was never present in LineageOS (!)
Installed and everything works great so far, seems smoother and with better battery life than MIUI

Hey I just switched to the previous version of the ROM (not the one released today) and everything is working great, I just noticed that the corners of recents and of the menus on the home screen are not round anymore (while I think they were right after booting). Do you have any suggestions on why this might be happening? I come from a clean install from the og firmware, I really don't know what I could have done to break it

i use only dark mode and have no rounding / corners / overlay issues.
sure! maybe I'm wrong but it seems like the outer corners of the homescreen menu and the corners of the recents somehow got decreased in corner radius?

it's just an impression imo. on today build this is what you get - less rounded - QPR3 / AOSP
oh okay, do you think it might get tweaked in the future? I feel like they kinda break the really clean feel of the UI, especially the corners in the recents. I checked around a little and LOS20 has that on other devices, it would be great to have it here too. thank you so much for the great work!

Notes:
- if you update from build 20230918 or do a clean install you can use TWRP from #1;
- if you want to update from 20230812 you need first to backup your WhatsApp data, remove the app, do the update via TWRP and then install WA with restore data; same with Spotify if you have media downloads.

4Guess I got it. Seems the outermost folder of the individual app settings has been updated but that should have been the case recursively to work properly.
Depending on where the settingsfolder is placed you may need root rights to edit the settings with a terminal app like termux and su command to use chown command recursively.
This is the defective state.
The upper folder has the right user and group.
Could be that the new group 1078 ext_data_rw is the most important part.
Although this is a WhatsApp example I could only get my banking app to work that way. Since WhatsApp uses another folder for media I am still finding out how to deal with that.
Edit: got it now. The previous part works for all apps that depend on the path Android/data/abc.appexample
For those using the media folder here're some stock before and after shots:

So 1023 media_rw went from user and owner to group while user is 10137 (in German Medienspeicher) now.
Final statement: even as root/su you cannot change media folder owner. Use the terminal function of twrp an apply usergroup changes from within twrp terminal. After reboot into Android WhatsApp was working as usual.
When I'm back at a real PC I may restructure this in a more guideful way. If any of you can fix your issue with this feel free to summarize the minimal steps for others who may not be as well versed yet.4

Thanks for sharing your findings, got me onto the right track. I didn't have the mentioned UID 10137 on WhatsApp, but fixed it like this:
1. Reboot into TWRP
2. Plugged the phone into my PC, did not want to use the terminal on the phone
4. "adb shell"
3. "cd /sdcard/Android/media"
4. "ls -l" shows your current uid/gids
5. "chown -R media_rw.media_rw com.whatsapp/" for WhatsApp
I don't know if these are the perfectly right permissions but now viewing stories etc. is working again
edit: although the inital backup error message is gone, its now stuck at 0% when preparing GDrive backup
edit2: did "chown -R media_rw.ext_data_rw com.whatsapp/" on /sdcard/Android/data/com.whatsapp and now backup is working again!
edit3: I wonder if this should be done to all other folders recursively to prevent further issues?2
you can flash recovery.img using your current TWRP installed. after just reboot to recovery and should be on lineage recovery.

Instructions:
- make a FULL backup first from your actual system and data;
- before installing make sure you are running the latest firmware for your region;
- download the latest ROM zip, recovery and GApps (optional) from the downloads section below;
- install recovery ;
- install ROM zip + add install more zip's and flash also GApps (optional), thus you get best integration of vanilla LineageOS with GApps;
- do a factory reset and format /data - this is required due to encryption changes.
- boot to system and enjoy latest LineageOS 20 [Android 13] on your Redmi K20 / Xiaomi Mi 9T.
Note: enable Lineage recovery option during setup to ensure update with new rom update.
- download the latest ROM zip from the downloads section below;
- install ROM zip;
- reboot to system;

Bug reports without a complete description of the issue and a logcat will be ignored!
- DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
- If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
