Please follow the op. If you have used master TWRP decryption should have been when TWRP booted and you should have had access to internal storage from there you can install ROM zip file directly. Make sure to switch of install TWRP automatically option while flashing the ROM. Then everything will work fine. ROM is very much stable except few minor bug which developer @mhmdeveloper is addressing very quickly.
I did exactly what the op says. And after formating data and rebooting phone I can't write the ROM to storage (PC sees the storage. But when I write ROM to it, it doesn't show up in TWRP). But sideliading is ok. Sideliaded to A and B and reflashet TWRP on them.
Not waking up screen is bigger problem for me. But it's ok for half of day already.

I think it's a good question, but you should address it to Oneplus. It's a hardware architecture to use a proprietary fast charge technology (warp charger)
No, that's not what I mean. On stock OOS, I was able to use non-Warp charge fast chargers and my phone would say it's "Charging rapidly". On Elixir, these same chargers do not charge the device rapidly, but rather at 7.5W tops.

It depends on what percentage of battery you are start charging. Peak W will be applied only for initial few percentage after that reduces to protect battery from over heating. Even OnePlus original warp charger delivers 30W for initial 50% after that it gradually reduce the W.
I start charging at 5% and wattage starts at 7.5W. Peak wattage/fast charging using other fast/PD chargers is not applied.
FYI Galt's Gulch Kernel v248 released today fixes the low brightness flickering issue. Won't work on Project Elixir though because it doesn't use erofs.Not waking up screen is bigger problem for me. But it's ok for half of day already.

I tested the ROM in the last few days and I found it pretty good, though I had to bang my head for a few hours trying to install it.
For future reference, trying to install the ROM right after doing a reset using MSM tool v11.0.5.0 + bootloader unlock won't be enough, I found that the current slot does not change after installing the rom and formatting data, so it keeps trying to boot from Slot A, even with a forced slot change, it doesnt take effect when rebooting again to recovery.
What fixed it was flashing the latest OOS 11 (11.0.9.1 I think).
For the rom itself, I really liked how the battery is performing, before on OOS12 OB2 it was really horrible. However I did encounter a few issues:
* Google cam APK I was using (recommanded one from the gcam telegram group: GCam_6.210329.0153build-8.1.101) didn't seem to work, even with a data/cache clear.
* When connected to a PC with a USB cable, the phone keeps awaking as soon as the screen turns off. So the screen stays ON pretty much as long as it's connected. I looked around in the settings but couldn't find anything wrong there.
For now I have switched to CherishOS to try it out too. Here I don't encounter the USB waking issue.
As for gcam I think it's probably caused by A13 compatibility with that version of apk. I tried a newer one (SGCAM V36) and it worked.

It shows loading only. Doesn't work. I don't use that so didn't worried about that
What do you mean? Just plug in a visible or us mobile sim and it won't work, and there's nothing to make it work. It doesn't recognize the sim properly. It's an issue with verizon carriers besides actual verizon. Yaap had this issue but recently fixed it a week ago.

Late post. Usually the download directory is the most up to date for keeping up with builds. These posts come afterwards.1I think I just found a new bug in this ROM (that I haven't seen mentioned here at least). When the device goes into deep sleep, the radios stop working and you need to restart the device for them to work again. I've tried toggling airplane mode and nothing fixes it besides for restarting the entire device.
This includes both wifi and phone service. Calls, SMS, everything just stops working. -

2With this twrp, after boot twrp, clear data and restart to twrp i cant upload zip with ROM. Then i tried dump boot.img and sideload zip, but after that pixel experience recovery show me info like "there is no rom, try factory reset".
Finnally i boot twrp and sideload from there and now is working.
But unfortunately gpay not working for me. Safety net passes, no root. Any ideas?2Because i finaly managed it to update the ROM without any data lost here is how its done:
1. Update boot.img
- download the newest version or dumb it by youselfe

- boot into bootloader and connect the phone to you PC
open CMD in you ADB filepath and type: "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
2. Use this Program to upgrade ADB.exe to use more than 2GB of RAM

dont forget to use "adb kill-server" if you already startet ADB before
3. Boot into the new recovery on you phone and press Update
- start CMD with Admin rights on you PC
- navigate to you ADB files by using "cd ....filepath...."
- use "adb sideload ....filename.zip....

When the device goes into deep sleep, the radios stop working and you need to restart the device for them to work again. I've tried toggling airplane mode and nothing fixes it besides for restarting the entire device.
This includes both wifi and phone service. Calls, SMS, everything just stops working.
