I can no longer use USB-C headphone adapters...system sounds play through headphones, but no media (Spotify/YouTube, etc...). Also when playing videos with headphones connected, in addition to no sound the video is very very slow and choppy.

Calls work through headphones though...

Anybody else??

@raystef66 hi! Is there an option to enable device ringtone while Bluetooth headphones is connected; it's very strange because phonecalls are missed if I don't have the Bluetooth on my ears. Can you make it happen sir; what can I do;

On BetterBatteryStats app I see that "crDroid System" is using sensors 100% of unplugged time with "sns_smd" and "device_orient" sensors that wake up the device.

Is this normal?

Although I don't use this ROM till now (watching its stability and features), "/vendor/etc/audio_policy_configuration.xml" seems wrong. The hardware offload driver conf. conflicts with the USBv2 HAL driver one.

If this is the cause actually, I think you could avoid it by using my root script USB_SampeRate_Changer.

Wow OK this looks promising...but I can't figure out how to use it. Do I just unzip it? How do I make it run?

Hey guys, I just installed this rom however I can't find the settings to change refresh rate anywhere apart from the per app refresh rate changes. It seems to be permanently stuck at 60hz. Anyone else has experienced this or has a solution? Thanks!

You need Magisk (with changing its mount mode to be global mount space). Unzip the script zip under /sdcard and run this by using "sManager (ad version or pro)" with root permission.

Firstly, run without options and check whether your headphone works or not; this sets 44.1kHz 32bit mode for USB and internal speakers. Then, see README in detail.

Hello! Thank you very much for your great work.
I think it is a bug and I am reporting it.

Clean flash with the latest version. However, Android Auto does not work.

When I connect the phone to the car(audi A4 MY2016 MIB2), it responds momentarily, but disconnects immediately.

So I have downgraded.
fw_alioth_miui_ALIOTHEEAGlobal_V13.0.8.0.SKHEUXM
crDroidAndroid-13.0-20221119-alioth-v9.0

Then everything worked fine.

I don't think it works...I tried it without arguments and then with --auto, but neither works.

I then tried ---usb-only and got this error:

However, I do have the file /vendor/etc/usbv2_audio_policy_configuration.xml. Is there something in this file I can change?

EDIT: I ran it with --reset and then again, and it seems to have worked! Brilliant, thank you so much.

@raystef66, can we please see this fix implemented in upcoming versions?

EDIT 2: Actually it still doesn't work with my CX31993 DAC. I tried --auto, and then tried setting the sample rate to 384k, but it doesn't detect the DAC at all.

EDIT 3: Running it with --offload seems to have got it working, but I'm not sure the sound quality is very good...
