no im not rom builder.At first the problem seemed to be solved. But when I woke up in the morning, I saw that the problem persisted. wrong alarm.i m sorry I was excited. but but i'm still sure problem related wifi and bluetooth.

It's a server side update on Google's end

"The logic behind CTS and Play Integrity has been updated 2 days ago, it now
checks the product and model names against the fingerprint and if
they do not match the CTS profile will fail."

No modules can fix it now. So wait for an update to get it fixed. Update will be rolled out next week.

I have some time to try out new update, so came looking for the thread here. Apparently those issues are history now. I can't find the 09/02/2023 update. Is there going to be another update with idle drain fix or should I try mrhobbits unofficial rom?

Wifi idle drain? Will fix it in the next update.

Just flashed 13.5 and Chrome remote debugger still doesn't work .

Also tried your suggested workaround below, without success:

adb forward tcp:9333 localabstract:chrome_devtools_remote
