flashed latest Plus verion this morning,
PixelExperience_Plus_hotdogb-12.1-20220419-0906-OFFICIAL.zip

need help for rooting it can someone share the detail steps?

I have tried the step in OOS but failed.

How. Gcam doesn't have the mentioned modes. I use them alot and also compared to camera modules from the OOS 11 firmware, using the stock oos camera will be great. Please this is the only request from my side.

Can I get the "Do not validate" option for CA certificates in wifi settings on other roms too or is there a workaround for that?

* LiveDisplay related issues have been resolved

Hello!

Thanks for your work.
I've installed this update but since the first release i have an issue:
Voice Match doesnt work.
It allows me ti setting everything up but It doesnt trigger Google Assistant.
I've tried to install/ unistall the Google Assistant App but the problem is still there.

Any ideas?

Great work thank you! I am currently running test build from April 28, can I dirty flash with this new build or clean flash require?

I was on 2022/04/19 build and today upgraded to 2022/05/16 build via OTA.
On both builds I've below issues:
1. Sometimes screen goes black and power button does nothing. Either I need to hard reboot or blindly keep trying the fingerprint unlock to bring back the home screen.
2. Very often, incoming calls in Fullscreen comes without caller name/number and won't allow to answer the call. I'd have to press power button couple of times to turn off screen and turn it on to get the caller name and be able to answer the call.
3. Fingerprint is really really bad at configuring as well and recognizing. 8 out of 10 times I'd have to enter my pin.

Is anyone experiencing this and are there any workarounds or is this something that's being looked at? For me, these are serious as I use this as daily rom for work!

    I have an HD1907 and I had OOS10 Global and I decided to test the rom, and I found two bugs related to the screen.

    1 - if you use biometrics to unlock the screen, the brightness is at maximum and does not return to normal, but by deactivating this function and using only the PIN, nothing unusual happens.

    2 - When using the Smooth Display the color range changes depending on the Hz, when at 90 the colors are more vivid and when it drops to 60 they are a little darker.

    So turns out it isn't just the 12 update (unless this rom automatically flashes 12 firmware. If not, i assume it's a framework issue with 12/13.

    you should see the amount of people in oneplus forums that are completely stock that want to roll back to 11 from 12 on ALL variants. i assume devs use 12 as a base because as far as i know, only the hd1907 variant has the issues. i assume they overlook it since the rest of the world is other variants that don't have these issues. majority rules? and probably because it just happens to be the newest with more band support and whatnot.

    EDIT: i'm not sure how to explain why it is having the same issues. i also tried lineage 18 and 19 which i assume is based on older fw. same issues. apparently, it's just something with the hd1907, firmware aside. different framework requirements that other variants, perhaps?

    Please note that this is still in BETA, so there will be some minor UI/ Glitches and bugs will be there.

    However this is an unofficial CI Release, but after some days I will push it as an official builds on PE Website.
