Thanks for the amazing ROM.

I am facing an issue and wanted to know if this is happening just with me or if this is a ROM thing. None of my apps are following the pixel fonts, not even chrome or Gmail. The system UI and system apps like clock and calendar are fine.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I updated my OOS 11 to OOS 12, and the network coverage became weak (and there were some other problems). After that, I installed the PE13 Beta version. The auto brightness wasn't very good, and the network coverage stayed the same as OOS 12, but I loved this ROM.

Then I dirty flashed the current version of PE13 (dated November 29, 2022), but that made the network coverage much worse. The coverage comes and goes all the time, and I've missed a lot of calls, even when the phone shows that it has network coverage, as @nepotist stated.

I've noticed that under the "Preferred Network Type" setting, I now only have two options (LTE and 3G), whereas before I had more options, and the LTE option included 2G and others.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this?

You need to run msm. Look in Guides News and Discussion for Unbrick Tool. There are two versions, oos10 and 00s11 that will work for you.

Pixel13 has turned my HD1905 into an HD1901. I bought this phone new, HD1905 version from OnePlus and use it on T-Mobile. I wonder if I have anything to worry about, such as missing bands. I also noticed that Remote Desktop does not work on mobile data connection. Works fine on wifi.
Additionally, I did not pay any attention to the installation instructions, recovery, step 5:

fastboot flash boot <recovery_filename>.img

and instead did something that seems more normal to me:

fastboot flash recovery <recovery_filename>.img

I already asked this questions some posts above. There seems to be no solution at present.
It's a bug in the OnePlus OOS 12 firmware base. You can find reports regarding this issue all over the net for all ROMs which use the latest firmware from the OOS 12 release. Since the Lineage maintainer integrated it, he problem spreads among all ROMs based on it.
Since our phone is out of support now, there's little hope that OnePlus will fix it. At the moment, the only way to prevent dropping LTE connections is going back to a ROM based on OOS 11 firmware.

I've been having lots of problems with connections and dropped calls. I've just tryed changing Preferred Network Type to "3G" and connection, at least became stable. I don't know if this can help somebody.

the whole story is a mess, my battery is attrocious, the updates are slow

when you flash custom on the converted to the global version of HD 1907 - instead of two working SIM cards, only one remains? This is me now speaking for 12 android (on 11 everything is fine). why is this happening?

and could you write a small manual, how exactly do you fix the modem?

press V (up right)
disable gsm and umts
keep only lte bands so it does not go to 3g etc
requires ROOT and of course VOLTE

I've recently installed this ROM and I have the following issue. With the phone ON, when trying to unlock the phone, the screen remains OFF.

1. I hear "notifications" when double clicking the home button to open the camera, the screen remains OFF
2. I hear the "unlocking" sound, but the screen remains turned OFF.
3. After some time (~30min) if I retry again, the phone unlocks and the screen turns ON.
4. If I need the phone urgently I have to forse a soft reboot by pressing VolumeUP + Home button

Anyone else facing this issue?

Great update as always, love the ROM, dude!

The only thing that changed after the update is google keyboard vibration.

Before it felt clicky and premium and now it's kind of mushy and not as good.
Not important at all, just wanted to report.


Edit: System navigation feedback still feels nice and clicky as it should though, so only Gboard seems to be affected.
Edit2: Entering the lock screen PIN is also unchanged and has good haptics.

I have an HD1901 running pixel experience 13, I had no issues with it until recently, since a week ago it randomly started crashing while doing basic tasks such as scrolling through instagram, checking mail and just very light-weight activity, i let it slide because it would happen very infrequently, now randomly yesterday, it wouldn't charge. It would connect and SHOW that its charging but the battery % wouldn't go up by a single % on hours on end, when it's dead, it would charge to 1% somehow but when I boot it up it becomes 0 but it doesn't shutdown. I tried everything; cleaning the port, changing adapters, wires and sockets, charging via pc's usb, it still wouldn't budge. Please help me with a solution.
