[ROM][13.0][OnePlus 7T Pro][OFFICIAL] crDroid v9.5 [20230601]

This ROM seems to drain your battery faster than the stock ROM. It was just about 2 weeks ago when I updated to OxygenOS 12 and 4 days ago when I switched to crDroid, so I have very much in mind how long the battery lasts on both OxygenOS 11 and OxygenOS 12.

Checking with 3C Task Manager the System UI is constantly using at least 5% of the CPU. It has used 25% of the CPU in the 17min it is running for now. I'm not sure if that's expected behaviour but it's the only noticeable application in there.

I have much less apps on crDroid than I had on Oxygen. I can even feel that the new ROM drains more power because the device stays unusual warm throughout the day since I installed this ROM.

Edit: After a reboot the System UI wasn't using that much CPU all the time anymore. Overall it still feels like it uses your battery faster but that's probably just Android 13 itself and the battery drain is by far not as bad as it was on the first days of using that ROM.

Generally speaking custom roms don't have as good of a battery life as Stock OS. An OEM can make deeper optimizations than a custom rom dev

For me criteria is drain during the night as day usage depend of the number of calls and messages.
This night usage was 5% for 9 hr. Better than stock.

6. Observe that phone screen does not turn on. User has to Force Restart the device (by holding Power+Volume Up button) to see the screen again.

If you press your finger against the fingerprint scanner, the screen turns on. Yes, I agree that this is a bug.

I've been using this rom as daily driver for a few months, and it has been quite reliable.

I tried to install gcam but can't get it to load the config file.
Troubleshooting page says I should grant the app acces to all the files instead of just media but cant seem to find that setting on my phone

Is this not an universal thing on all ROMs or am I blind (highly possible!) ? I've had a few other apps with weird issues, wondering if it could be a permission issue as well.

First, I'd like to say that this ROM has been super stable, it's hard to believe this is a custom ROM as everything works so smoothly. I've been using it since February and haven't had a single major issue. The only thing that wasn't working well was GPS, but that has since been fixed with new firmware.

The reason I'm posting is because of an issue not specifically related to this ROM, but I was wondering if I could get any help with it. My OP7TPro has the toggles for VoLTE and WiFi calling in settings, however my phone still switches over to 3G/HSPA when making and receiving phone calls. I found out that I can make these features work by using QPST/PDA but I need to enable engineering mode and I cannot seem to get my phone to recognize any USSD codes I enter in the dialer. For example, if I enter *#800#, I get an error message: invalid MMI code.

Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance.

With this latest update (v9.4) it won't boot if I install/re-install magisk, coming from the 20230316 update.
Tried patching the boot image and installing the zip through the recovery.
Also tried older version of magisk, v25, v26 and v26.1 (latest).

Is there something Im missing or do I need a clean flash?

I had no problem with the usual way of updating through OTA and installing magisk to inactive slot before rebooting.

I genuinely have no idea what was wrong, while its booting I adb shell to disable the magisk modules I have enabled thinking it might be the problem and it suddenly booted just fine.

Edit: Somehow the magisk modules were disabled automatically that's why it booted. Tho I am not sure yet which module exactly was the problem.

Edit: I pinned down the module, its the microg installer revived. I am not sure yet why it causes a bootloop since it was working fine before, but Ill try to do more testing.

Great work on the last update, works very well!
I am missing a feature since updating, which is probably by design, but nonetheless I'd like to mention it:
"Statusbar brightness slider"
Where sliding over the statusbar/notificationbar would change the brightness
Would be amazing if it could be added back in a future update

Hey, absolutely love the ROM. I just have one very minor gripe which I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing or is on a bug list? I find face unlock very useful in certain situations but don't want the camera popping up every time I turn the screen on. As per OOS there does appear to be a setting to only active it when the lock screen in swiped but it doesn't seem to work at present.

For anyone rooting, there is currently an issue with Safetynet fix version 2.4.0. The way I got Safetynet to pass is by using an older modded version 2.3.1 Mod 3.0 by Displax:
