What latest build? If you are on OOS F.62 everything will be ok.

Thank you for such a well optimized ROM. Everything works as expected and no issues in terms of performance. One thing I noticed whenever I pull down the notification shade and it feels like the screen refresh rate drops significantly and it goes back to normal when I swipe it up. Is there any way to fix this?

No problem here, everything is smooth like butter
Maybe you turn on something in the notification that using cpu power.
Did you turn on reTicker?

No I haven't. I noticed that it's not occur when I'm using dark mode. Should I toggle reTicker?

Great, great ROM. Kudos to the dev. Ive tried Nameless EvoX Havoc but PEX is by far the best ROM I have used. The battery timing is insane and the software is very swift. I experience little to no lag in everyday use. I dont think anyone would wana go back to OOS after this. I hope the dev maintains this insane battery timing / performance ratio with the updates cuz this is golden.
Is there a way to report bugs and help you make it more stable pls?

Maybe is optical illusion because notification shade is always black.
No you don't need to turn on reTicker.
