These are not the correct logs that i need, can you try to get last_kmsg or console ramoops after bootloop?
NOT the logs extracted from TWRP settings.

Or try to get logcat with these steps:

* Boot to TWRP
* Mount System
* Edit /system/build.prop and set ro.adb.secure to 0
* Plug your phone to PC
* Let it boot for a few minutes
* Use ADB to get logcats
Code: 
adb shell "logcat > /sdcard/logcat.txt"
* Reboot to TWRP and get the file from your phone
* Upload it here

    So and i must Say some ISSUES Come from Firmware you have Flashed!!!! and i have had the last Days my Old HTC U11 back again, and have Modified my Older Post with "Downgrading & Debranding" with new HowTo_Do.txt and New Files for "OCN_UHL_SingleSIM_Europe" wile i have Downgrade it to run "SunShine S-OFF" on it, than i love the Options it brings with it, to Modify the Device, even its Only Temporaily and cost 25€ for a Unlimited License 4 One Device!!!!

    SO WHEN YOU NEED/HAVE A OTHER MODEL THAN YOU CAN USE THE BASE FROM ME AN CAN CREATE/DOWNLOAD/BUILD IT IN SAME WAY 4 YOUR DEVICE!!!
    THE USED METHODS ARE ON EVERY MODEL THE SAME, ONLY THE FIRMWARE/RUU IS DIFFERENT

    First Create Folder "C:\HTC_U11\" then Download the Archiv into It!!!!

    Download the New Database >>
    Downgrade_&_Debranding_OCN_UHL_SingleSIM_Europe.zip (7GB) << NOW @ UPLOADING
    00:49, TAKES SOME HOURS


    After Extraction First run "setup_requirements.exe"
    this will short Install all what we Need!!!!

    The "Menu_tool.exe" is First needed when you create your Own Firmware/RUU/MoDDedFiles Database Created!!!!
    This Database is for HTC U11 (OCN-UHL) SingleSim-Europe, you can Debrand your Device!!!!! but you can work
    with my Created Archive and can Use everything you want to Need!!!!!

    Dont forgett to Copy the 2PZCIMG*.zip Archive into "HTC-RUU_Decrypt_Tool_3.6.8" Directory!!!
    In the Menu you choose option 1 >> and extract the Firmware!!!
    the android-info.txt Files you must Copy in "ARUWizard" Directory, and the 2PZCIMG*.zip can you
    rename as "rom.zip" and Copy it into "ARUWizard" Directory found in the Firmware Versions Directory!!!!

    !!!!!!!AT THIS DATABASE ALL FILES MODDED/ADDED YOU MUST ONLY RUN THE SCRIPTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1#_Run flash twrp and Reboot into Recovery
    2#_Run push flash Firmware in TWRP, than you reboot into Download-Mode
    3#_Run choosen ARUWizart shortcut and Flash FULL StockROM, after this you have Downgrade/Debrand your Device!!!
    4#_Run flash twrp and Reboot to System
    Enjoy It

    Rooted System or reboot into TWRP Recovery and open Terminal
    type in Terminal

    adb shell dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/misc of=/sdcard/misc.img

    adb shell dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/board_info of=/sdcard/board_info.img

    "Copy Images to C:\HTC_U11\"
    ############################
    type in Terminal

    adb pull /sdcard/board_info.img C:\HTC_U11\board_info.img

    adb pull /sdcard/misc.img C:\HTC_U11\misc.img

    so let the booth Image Files stay outside the Versions Directorys
    and Copy booth seperatly into VERSIONS Directorys into firmware Folder
    so you have a Original-BackUp Image!!!!!

    now you open HxD and choose Open File and Open "C:\HTC_U11\x.xx.xxx.xx\firmware\misc.img"
    now Scroll to "Offset(h) 000008A0" where you see the Firmware Version,
    klick the first Number and type the Version of Firmware you would create "example 3.34.401.1",
    (when the Firmware Version Number is longer than replace the rest Numbers with a dot!! example 1.27.161.10 than type 3.34.401.1.),
    also remember Type "Number Dot Number Number Dot Number Number Number Dot Number"

    when its Finished Save File as "misc.img" to "C:\HTC_U11\x.xx.xxx.xx\firmware\misc.img"
    the next One

    Open in HxD the File "C:\HTC_U11\x.xx.xxx.xx\firmware\board_info.img"

    and look at "Offset(h) 00000010" its the second Line is to see the CID wich you have!!!

    than Save the File as "board_info.img" to "C:\HTC_U11\x.xx.xxx.xx\firmware\"
    So we have Set Now the SUPERCID 11111111!!!!

    After that we copy the Extracted 2PZCIMG*.zip Archive from OUTPUT Directory in "HTC-RUU_Decrypt_Tool_3.6.8"
    to the Versions Directory firmware Folder and now we have

    Finished the Firmware MoDDing/Collecting!!! Thats with all VERSIONS and MODELS the Same Steps!!!!!!


    OVER FIRMWARE 2.33.401.19 comes a NEW ISSUE thats we can FiX Permanently Now!!!!
    A MANY PEOPLES INCL. ME KNOWN THE CALL-AUDIO-ISSUE and so we Fix It!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    start "over Bootloader into Download Mode"

    and Run 5#_flash-dsp-fix.cmd

    Introduction
    LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 13 (T), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Installation instructions

    • Download the zip(s).
    • Install a compatible Recovery
    • Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
    • Wipe data & cache partitions and FORMAT DATA from TWRP of your device (required when coming from stock!).
    • Flash ROM.
    • Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.
    • Optional: Install Magisk for Root.

    There is an option under Settings>System>Buttons to toggle between hardware and software buttons in my LOS20.
