Why? You won't be able to boot into PE recovery if you don't flash vendor_boot.

After the update to 13 I find my phone gets randomly weird warm for no reason was fine on 12 anyone else

Update fix was game still running in background updating thought it was weird

I did a dirty flash and everything works great

Hi Guys, I dirty flashed to 13, everything is great but it's not passing safetynet check (not rooted)

fail (Can't access Google Play Services)
and sometimes it passes that and fails at CTS profile match

is safetynet working out of the box on 13? Also is it working for u guys that did a clean install?

Have you tried making a payment? mine looks ok too until I made payment

Like you said, banking apps seems to be working, some of my banking apps were very picky. Strange

No, Just card payments

I had cards in the wallet prior to the dirty flash to 13 (was working ok under 12)

I don't think dirty flash is recommended. Try clean
