When OTA is finished installing, before rebooting, head into the Magisk app and install it into the other slot. That is all, you keep root.

You only need to payload_dump the ROM and patch the boot.img if you forget to do that.

Again new on the rom and all setup. No issues however, when I am in Chrome and send items to my OP8P it list a Pixel 6. It works, but it is the wrong name. I see now were in my Google Devices in Play Store or anywhere this name of a device to change it.

How can I change this name?

You can't. We spoof model props to bypass play security API as well as safetynet

• Face unlock is this OOS feature and not a Pixel 6 since it is not there.
• Smart unlock is this an OOS feature not in Pixel 6 so I can keep it unlocked when connected to the car.

Weird one....not saying it is the rom. Have a Samsung galaxy watch 4 classic. Find My Phone has no alarm, no sound at all. In OSS, it used the Alarm clock sound but not the case in Pixel.

• Anyone knows the location to link a sound to Find My Phone?

@AnierinB bugreportz from adb shell is broken. It reboots the phone without producing the ZIP file. Can you please look into this?

I am trying to follow up the Google Fi issue with google and they want a bugreport but my system reboots every time I try to take one (from UI or from adb shell)

That feature isn't a part of Pixel launcher. Use lawnchair or any other launcher that has such feature.

Thx Boss! on #1 and all of it. Fell dumb on the Smart Lock I did find it thx again. I will keep looking I have no sound on Find My using it from the Galaxy Watch. Biometric fingerprint symbol not showing. All my apps that use a fingerprint to unlock it does not show the logo or symbol, yet it does work. Does anyone notice this it works but just wanted to know it was just me

Are you sure? For me, it starts to collect a bug report and then, just reboots the system without completing the bug report. Tried it from both command line and from the System->Developer Options

That's because the udfps biometrics auth view needs to be adapted to work with multiple resolutions. We use 1080p by default on instantnoodlep (OnePlus 8Pro) since A13 supports native resolution switching. You can switch the resolution to 1440p for the time being if it's really that big of a deal (you'll need to adjust display settings a little bit).

What are the changes, and what does that mean to a newbie like me? Or, do I just chill and wait for the device to prompt an OTA

I get some of the toast or bubbles or whatever they are called that pop up with a message and go away at the bottom of my screen. The text is the same color as the toast you can't read it. Is there something I can do to change to text color to black or something for the pop-up toast text? Or, if the toast was dark, maybe the text could be read.

The ROM is excellent, I've been using it for 4 days, OP 9R, in general I'm happy with everything, everything works fine. I wanted to ask you to correct some points, if possible:
1) When you get the phone out of your pocket, the fingerprint scanner glows like a lantern, it's inconvenient in the dark.
2) Replace Google camera with a camera from OOS 12, if possible.
3) Add Dolby Atmos.
4) Add face unlock.

Most of the bugs i issued are gone, the only one left is that when entering apps that use fingerprint there is no icon where to put the finger
