tengo meses casi años con esa rom luego de un tiempo una actualizacion me daño el usb por completo no reconoce mi usb la computadora lo pongo a cargar apagado carga pero luego no quiere encender el celular hasta precionar volumen abajo y encendido por uno segundo. si pueden ayudame se lo agradezco ya que me gusta mucho esa rom

Mod translation: I have months almost years with that rom after a while an update damaged my usb completely it does not recognize my usb the computer I put it to load off load but then it does not want to turn on the cell phone until I press volume down and on for a second. If you can help me I appreciate it because I really like that rom

I've installed this custom rom and I like it very much. After getting first touch with it, I've found a lot of features which are very nice.

But I'm sad to say but I'm facing currently 3 problems:

1. unable activate USB file transfer
After connecting the device via USB to my PC, all options in the USB Settings are disabled. So I'am not able to activate file transfer to the device

2. unable to edit / get into Settings > Display > lock screen
After adding a google child account and installation of familiy link, I'am not able to enter setting Settings > Display > lock screen. The App "Display" crashes.

3. unbale to enable fingerprint reader
as in 2., after installation and configurating a child account with failiy link, it's no longer possible to enter / to start register a fingerprint.
If I enter Settings > Security > "unlock device with face or fingerprint" and follow the instructions, it ends in a black screen.
After entering parents password > device screen lock pin > black screen

There is a workaround described here https://www.droidwin.com/fix-google-pixel-fingerprint-scanner-disabled-by-family-link/

But this does not work. Finaly the fingerprint registration dialog ends in a black screen.

Would be nice, if someone could help me.

Hi Thank you, I managed to install and boot the rom. But not sure it the steps i have taken is the correct one. Prior to Initialize the retrofit super partitions for each slot we are required to enter the recovery and enter the fastboot from recovery, however in my case after seletcing enter fastboot option and then do retrofit stuff command the fastboot says waiting for device. I then rebooted to bootloader from the recovery and executed the retrofit command stuff, it finished but not sure if it actually succeded.

is the steps I took is correct? it boot the rom tho and now i am using it

It means im using the default kernel that came with the rom.

I followed these instructions. Previous installed Version was OOS 11.1.2.2.
"using the default kernel that came with the rom" means that you are using all from EvoX custom rom. No other modifications or seperate configurations?

I currently have Awaken OS 3.0 installed with OrangeFox custom recovery.

I know i have to clean install, but in the instructions it says TWRP is not supported as it requires 'retrofit dynamic partitions'.
What about OrangeFox
Idk much about it as i just follow the instructions.

So do i have to install a different custom recovery before starting the installation process?

Also, will i have to install OOS 11 as given in the instructions?
Is the OOS from the oneplus website flashable from recovery? Because idk how else i can install it.

Having issues using any app that needs to open files to search my device. Tried installing new apk, or just deleting it.and it crashes the app

been using this rom for 4 days for enchilada, My review is there 's a bit overheating when in use compared to evox 6.6 and battery drains quite faster too.

Well it is sir. But the issue has been fixed with disabling the hy google and changing the slot. I use hy google so I changed the slot for other they can disable. thank you for lovely ROM though...

disabling OK google is not related to slots still, but whatever
