Anyone else having some trouble with auto brightness outside with the latest build? Seems to not ramp up all the time when outside. Have to do it manually
Mine is the same.But I use other ROM as well, include MIUI, So I suspect it's problem of my phone.

Hi, quick question regarding the latest update; the "hide keyboard" button has reappeared after updating, and doesn't go away when I enable the "Hide IME Space" setting. Has this functionality been removed, is this just a bug or am I just overlooking the actual setting for disabling the arrow?
Oh, and Tap to wake seems to be enabled when AOD is on even when explicitly disabled in Display settings. It also seems there's no longer an option to always keep AOD on; I guess setting it to be on from 00:00-23:59 kinda works, but feels a bit messy compared to adding a switch for enabling/disabling AOD above the AOD Schedule setting; disabling a schedule shouldn't disable AOD completely IMO.
Speaking of AOD, would it be possible to turn it off while Pocket Detection is going off? After all, there's no reason to keep AOD on while the phone's in a pocket ^^

The hide keyboard button was never intended to be hidden fully. The old implementation was a wonky hack and the current one is much better in a sense that the navbar is now vertically centered again as it should be even when the hide IME space option is enabled. It still hides the space itself under the keyboard without affecting other functionalities.
Regarding tap to wake, there's 3 different implementations available. One is for when the device is in sleep, one for when the device is in Ambient display and one for when the device is in sleep and you want the device to open to ambient display. It's really up to you to decide which one works best for you.
The pocket mode implementation is not designed with aod in mind. With that said, both are implemented separately and you have to enable/disable each one with which behavior you'd like.

First Time Install / Clean Flash from MIUI
Flash the linked boot, vendor_boot, and dtbo images by performing the following:
Code:fastboot flash boot_ab boot.img fastboot flash dtbo_ab dtbo.img fastboot flash vendor_boot_ab vendor_boot.img
After finishing with that, get into recovery by pressing the power button and volume up button. Or run "fastboot reboot recovery"
After that, please perform a factory reset by following the option in the recovery.
Finally, you can sideload the ROM by selecting "Apply Update" (ADB) and run adb sideload /path/to/rom.zip.
