No. It was just me. I got it. The issues should be solved by OnePlus team themselves with OOS12. Now you can be chill 
Okay i have problems my OnePlus 7t is showing 1 sim detected only also IMEI 1 only ....it rom bugs a think in lineage before...is this rom based on it ??
Works normal with 2 sim on OSS 12 17 update i think it based on OSS 12 but old firmware also screen password and fingerprints password make brightness goes fully up ...its OOS 12 bug but only fingerprint password only

I have a problem with notification icons disappearing.
The notification icon disappears when I receive the second notification

Does ur data get wiped everytime u switch a ROM. FYI still on stock oos so just curious to knw.
Only if u switch roms from X to Z. Data can be saved if X1 to X2 date wise. If the dev changed something drastic in the rom, then clean flash is needed
I am considering switching to this ROM all the support from OnePlus is EOL.
Does the camera work to it's full potential as per OP firmware in this ROM?

First Time Install / Clean Flash
1. Download vbmeta, recovery & rom for your device from here
2. Reboot to bootloader
3. fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery
4. While in recovery, navigate to Apply update -> Apply from ADB
5. adb sideload rom.zip (replace "rom" with actual filename)
6. Format data, reboot to system & #KeepEvolving
Update / Dirty Flash
1. Reboot to recovery
2. adb sideload rom.zip (replace "rom" with actual filename)

6You obviously aren't aware of the fact that we're using the new oplus (oos12) rebase. Things need to be worked on and adapted from the previous oos11 sources, which is what your PE 13 builds use. Oplus changed pretty much everything, so yeah, comparing the two bases is just an invalid point.5
You need to follow the guide. Your Touchscreen not working is a huge indication of you being on the wrong firmware. These builds are based on oos12 kernel, fw, vendor, etc. Make sure you're coming from OOS 12 F.17 before continuing with the rest of the installation guide. Alternatively you can sideload the latest LOS 19.1 builds, reboot to bootloader and start with step 2 of my guide.
Edit: I'll start shipping firmware on the next releases.
