been using this rom for 4 days for enchilada, My review is there 's a bit overheating when in use compared to evox 6.6 and battery drains quite faster too.

Love the ROM but yeah, battery dies so fast

I'm aware that a handful of users in the OnePlus 6 series community use MCD kernel by @mcdachpappe. So I've went ahead and compiled it with the required changes needed for retrofit dynamic partitions.

Please note that this kernel is not shipped with the ROM, and I will not give extended support regarding it if issues happen to arise.

disabling OK google is not related to slots still, but whatever

You didn't read my comments properly I guess. I mentioned that I had same issue and changing the slot fixed my issue. I've repeated many times with official and custom ROMs too, every time same issue and same solution. Yes disabling ok is also the solution but that doesn't mean my solution not related. What if someone uses ok Google like me, then what is your solution? Thank for giving us such details on XDA but read and understand clearly sir.

Yes that is true. But changing slot fixed that for me. So I gave my solution. 🫣

Please is there any official way to root the OnePlus 6T Evolution X v7.3 with Magisk.

I got an error after I flashed the patched boot image, it would just reboot to a black screen then to the evolution x recovery mode stating that the data is corrupt and that I need to factory reset, didn't factory reset, please should I have...?

Tried flashing the zip through adb sideload and through the TWRP booted image but on both got an installer error.

Tried also flashing the patched boot image instead of the regular one in the flashing process and it booted but my device wasn't rooted.

Please do let me know what/when/if you guys have a solution and thanks .

Is NFC working for anyone?

I'm also having NFC issues. NFC disables itself after a while and only a reboot can fix it.

Let me know how I can help troubleshoot.

Yes, it's exactly the same for me. NFC works for a few hours after reboot and then stop working until the next reboot.
I don't really know how to investigate that...

The OTA update doesn't work for me. The last OTA update kept downloading and giving error. This OTA update is downloaded without errors but won't install. Is smtin wrong or everytime I will have to sideload the update? Does anyone know of a solution

Which is the differnce between this build and the build Evolution_X_enchilada.v7.4_Kaldereta-20221214-1540-UNOFFICIAL.zip from sourceforge? Last one can be flashed from TWRP directly. May be the first is official and second one not?
