You should flash the firmware of the region of your stock MIUI. If your MIUI it's global, you should install global firmware, and that's how it goes. In my case my phone is european with the european MIUI, so I have the europe firmware
And I think there's no way to know your firmware version, but you just can flash the latest even though you actually have it without problem
It is not clear to me which version I should download.
I am a European citizen but I imported this mobile phone from China, so it will probably have the chinese MIUI. It's been quite some time, I've had another custom rom, so I can't see (and I don't even remember) what version the miui was in when I had it.
I know it sounds weird. Does it really matter which firmware version I put in, in the end? Can it brick the device?
I get you. In the box of the phone you can search for the version of the phone. But if you imported from China it's probably is the chinese MIUI right.
And it may not brick your phone, but I'm sure it could be some problematic, having the wrong firmware lead to some issues, from battery drain to video playing problems and stuff

Hi..! sorry about my english. I have the problem that the application cannot display full screen. Is there a way to adjust the app to full screen in rom x Evolution?
When I wake up in the morning while I sleep, it eats 25-30% battery. And it's been like that for the past few months (I'm using EvoX Android 12 version). I'm starting to hate my phone. Why does it take so much charge when idle? I charge 2-3 times a day.
If you live in a zone with poor phone signal yours can try hard to search for signal hence draining your battery faster.
Install an app to monitor your battery and the apps that consume it in the background so that maybe we can help you

I'm using this rom already several generations and never had many major issues. However a few months ago I bought a mess network (X50 TPlink) and the mess function (seamless roaming) isn't working with this rom as it should be. If I take a samsung phone or a samsung tablet from other household members they can walk / roam in the house without losing their wifi, or with a small hickup when switching node. However on my phone with this rom I get in several apps the message "no internet" and once I disable and enable WIFI it connects to the closest node and everything works again.
Is this a known problem? Anybody else experienced this? And how to prove it with logfiles?

19Blur effect has been optimized using glass blur. Multiple work profiles should work fine now. Per-app network restriction mode has been re-added and should work fine after a clean flash. QS panel layout settings should be re-implemented better while media notif artwork options should work again. Wake to ambient options have been separated for double tap to wake and lift to wake.

18Probably the final update for May unless there's some important feature/fix available.
The new update now pre-includes KernelSU and is enabled for everyone to use. However, I will not discuss nor encourage how to use it and you must do it by yourself.
Several changes were done as well as version is now 7.9.1, duplicate QS header images were removed, notification Kill button is now extended to conversations, Pasty will now be used once again for crash log uploading within system, several Settings/Launcher app improvements/fixes, and the return of QS battery customization options. 16Latest update is out! Pixel 7a May patches have been merged into source which included some fixes/stability changes regarding Display such as Refresh rate. More QS header images have been added. Haptic vibration has been removed from brightness slider for now until we're able to make it a toggle. A crash within Network settings has been fixed. Icon pack settings (gear icon) within custom icon packs is finally fixed and clickable. Some games have been spoofed to ROG Phone 6. Spacing for some Lock screen clock fonts have been fixed while lock screen clock top margin and text size are now customizable. Wallpaper Picker now allows you how to fit your phone's wallpaper as well.
On the device side, the Soviet kernel includes the latest changes such as auto HBM and updated blobs from CLO (LA.UM.9.1.r1-12900-SMxxx0.0).
