For me, the last two builds (221105.001-11301504 & 221105.001-11281937) brick my phone. I reverted to the build (221105.001-11141936), that works fine.

With the last builds, my phone did not boot anymore. I wonder, if I am the only one with problems?

I just flashed to 11301504 and it worked fine.

This happend to me too. The passed months the rom seems to be more and more buggy to me anyway.

Guys, just read the thread, there was discussion few days ago about that, its because you're encrypted. If you want install last 2 updates you must format data, then install rom (do a clean flash) and if you want install further updates too you must install DFE. If you not flash DFE after installing rom, next time when you will try to update situation can happen again

Same. I flashed clean via TWRP and OrangeFox, with Magisk and without it, with encryption and without, each time flash A11 firmware first, always same result - after some time launcher drops FPS randomly when open/closing apps or switch apps between "recent apps" screen. As you said, only reboot helps for a while.

If I find any pattern to this bug, I will write

I found out as quick fix you can just force stop the pixel launcher, no need to rebooting

No worries. Just rebooted and did some setup. It seems last time because of the network, the setup didn't finish. So the phone seems a little bit lag. Now everything is smooth.

I changed Launcher and it solved the lag problem when I went back to the home screen

It is just the Google service setup, when you first into the ROM, the system asks you to migrate from the old device and set up the google assistant, etc. Basically, I just reboot the phone and followed the instruction to finish the system setup. That's it.

I've been following the update directly on the phone automatically , so far it was always been ok but it look like the last one brick the phone since now im always going back to twrp.
I guess now i'm stuck and I need to do a full installation and lost everything right ?

Does someone have a good tutorial to avoid this situation for the next update please ?

I suggest reading the changelog that states that you need a clean flash for this update.

You can still retrieve your data by flashing an older build

@joeyhuab back on the ROM again, i don't face the PiP issue anymore and neither does the video stutter as it did. 90hz works pretty well but i have a replaced display and the green tint is a little extreme, 55-50-68 worked fine. Device runs cool. I know i've said things in the past but this is good!

Same here. Been on Nova for a couple a days and everything remains buttery smooth.
