I never used 7.5 I went from 6.9 to 7.6
On 6.9 it would shutdown normally. It would take a long time to boot which was a known issue.
On 7.6 it just hangs with flashing led when attempting to power off or reboot.
I don't understand the last part "You are the only here who could confirm... "

I can't remember about the modem on 6.9. Did I flas a modem or not; maybe that's why there is no data.
Should I try downloading 7.6 again or try flashing a modem. I found backup files of this modem LG-D85130E-Flashable.Modem.zip and this exposed version xposed-v86-sdk23-arm.zip
Should I use flash these 2 again with 7.6?

@kjarak Do you remember having the reboot problem on 7.5? v6.9 and v7.5 are a bit different whereas the v7.6 update is based on the v7.5 ROM. I actually didn't change the kernel and system files in v7.6 (except mixer_paths.xml, but then again if it has a problem, it generally locks up your phone almost instantly, not during reboot). The data problem may be the same way as v6.9 vs v7.5, but you are the only here who could confirm I've never had any of the problems you mentioned with any of the 3 versions (maybe that's the upside of having the D855 variant).
