Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite
Does it require any specific firmware (e.x. V11.0.21.0.QDLMIXM)?

edit: stuck on boot animation btw.
edit2: nvm, you need to flash Forced Encryption Disabler.
edit3: camera bug, can't stop recording and crashed the camera app. video only takes (not moving) image and audio. Using other app probably fine tho.
edit4: sometimes video playback (across all apps) get laggy, battery performance was good but not as good as A12.

Hi, I just installed syberia on to my a2 lite, that went well enough, but looking at the updater I noticed I had an update available. My version was 5 oct new version 30 oct. Downloaded it and pressed install. Toast message said update will be carried out in the background and a reboot would be requested when complete. Accepted this and went ahead with the update. 30 minutes later absolutely nothing had happened (except the updater window had closed). Thought this might be because it didn't like me being rooted, so I unrooted and did the procedure again. Nothing happened. So what is it with ota's and syberia? Does anyone have them working? If so, how?

Wait until the next update or the one after that or go back to syberia 4.9, everything works fine there 😀

I had replaced syberia recovery with orangefox . It'll cause any error and data loss upon if I intend to upgrade the ota through the 'updater' app? I'm currently in 6.0 version.

Can confirm... WIFi (with hotspot) is still broken like in v6 ...
Can't find any setting for
"Gesture pill length option
- Hide IME space option"
Any idea how to fix wifi? I've heard a custom kernel can... Should I?

This build included November patch. The December patch is supposed to be very large with many new features. Is a clean flash like from A12 to A12.1 required for the next update with the December patch?

    Installation
