I suppose it's hardware issue, go back to stock rom, if pop up camera still doesn't work you need to go to service centre.
Thank you for your response. The pop-up camera was working just fine after i installed the rom, actually the camera still pop up but it doesn't work and the camera app crash's
Just for confirmation go back to stock rom and verify. From your information seems like camera wire is cut but motor is ok. You may refer to this conversation.
Ook i will try it... Can i flash the official rui1 .ozip file directly using twrp!? Or i need to download something else!
No, currently I am updating only one rom which is RisingOS. If you want something minimal you may try Pixel Experience or Awaken, albeit they're not available on XDA since the maintainer only updates in telegram.

Yes, I do plan to update it, for the update just flashing the zip over previous build should be fine, no need to wipe anything and you won't lose any data, but do take a backup of important stuffs just to be on safer side.1

INSTRUCTIONS
Use latest recovery for A13 decryption
Make sure you are on RUI 1, if not flash this firmware
Wipe system, vendor, data, cache, and dalvik
Flash ROM zip
Reboot to recovery
Format data
Reboot and voila!

Yeah, seems like carrier video calling won't work, as for Camera go problem that shouldn't occur, try using Gcam 8.1.Honestly, this is one of the Custom ROM for Realme X, even better than Realme UI
. No lags, better RAM management. I am facing one problem when I click a photo on the Camera GO application, the shutter clicks but no photo is captured.
Any solution for this?
And Also there is one more problem with VOLTE Video Call. When I switch to VOLTE video call on the Phone app, the call ends up.
