So, with a different recovery, you have to check and eventually handle that requirement.

Sideload can be avoided copying ROM and gapps (and maybe magisks) on a usb-c pen drive, so TWRP can read from that device and write on system partition

Please try do something with usbc audio. That bug exist at least 3 years on every lineage based rom...

Great Rom so far.
lineage_grus-userdebug 13 TQ1A.230205.002 eng.kyasu.20230212.234058 test-keys

However the following issues:
1) "Power Saver" seems not to work properly or at least notification when low on power does not show. Device shuts down suddenly without warning. (Important)
2) Face recognition not present (no biggy)
3) Camera not focusing properly

Fingerprint, Magisk working fine
P.S.: Anyone noticed freeze ups of apps? E.g. Aquamail..

Hi to all I installed v12/02/23. Rom is fine and everything works but.. Here's my review.
1. Mindthegapps gave me back error even with los19 during flashing. Why there aren't nikgapps that actually works? Or is it just me, and if so why?

2. Fingerprint is not so reactive like in los 19. This thing about moving the finger during registration isn't a nice idea in my point of view.

3. Battery on my device is 3h sot. 3h with data and hotspot and is fine but doze is terrible. Maybe is A13, maybe is my device but i have like 6h autonomy and it doesn't last half the day. It's really terrible. Any suggestion to improve my quality of life?

Ok i got it. It was always on display. Simply this plus forcing a bit the deep doze has fixed the issue. Battery tool in this matter is a suggested app

But i can t connect and registrate a xiaomi watch with the original xiaomi app. Could be for some impostations of this rom?

I uploaded the new build (lineage-20.0-20230320-UNOFFICIAL-grus.zip).
Android 13 QPR2 (Quarterly Platform Releases) with March security patch.
(True) Android security update date is 2023-03-05.

I didnt use any special config. It worked out of the box with default settings.

Btw I recently switched to MGC_8.7.250_A11_V5 and it brought SloMo back and worked flawlessly so far. Currently updating to V6, gonna try that too.

This version is very slow to process and save the pictures in my device.way slower than gcam 8.1. did you encounter those issues too ?

Yes, saving takes time, but I can accept that. Switching lenses is much faster and all in all it "feels" better.

Indeed the app experience is nicer. Anso picture size is smaller without any noticeable degradation to the image. I just wanted to know if it was only here (latest CRdroid) that it was slow to save pictures.

after installing crDroid, I can boot into TWRP, I can flash LineageOS20, but my phone will always boot to TWRP. If I flash crDroid again, it will boot into crDroid. How can I go back to LineageOS?

took a wipe and I could install LineageOS20

Lastest versions are getting worse and worse in terms of battery life. I always dirty flashed.
If it is a common problem I would not wipe all and wait for fixing it

Can't confirm that. Mobile took 9% after 12 hours of usage. Estimated total time is 19 hours with moderate usage (3h display time).

Hi you all. I come from cherris 4.4 a13.
Have installed last lineage 20 and is gorgeous in terms of battery. Doze is awesome and everything is working fine .
I only hace two questions.
1. When not in auto brightness ,if i am out with a fixed brightness value ,it is ok for a while ,if i move the phone to a brighter or darker place, it dims ,it seems that auto is enabled when its not.
2. FOD is slow and not accurate in my case .
Any magisk mod por anyway to add face recofnitiom to this ROM?

In the Pic, the bright is full even if slider indicates the opposite. When I put auto, it cant I crease brightness because it's at Maximum.
