I flashed the rom to my Oneplus 8 Pro but the screen is suddenly unresponsive? Only the physical buttons are working, touch is not working... Please help!

Ok so first of all. This thread is for ONEPLUS 8!! Not 8 Pro.
Second of all, if you even bothered to read, you need LATEST oos12 firmware, not the first one you updated to. C16 has different touch panel stuff, hence why you have no touch.
Dude, first of all you're commenting on the wrong thread, or you flashed the rom for instantnudlle not instantnudlleP. Second of all you need to be on OOS12 firmware on both slots.

Be careful not to flash the one for some other device and also flash the one for the region your device is from.
I have been using this ROM for a week. Issue faced:
1. Worser battery backup. Idle battery drains.

Yeah it's back again. Maybe it has something to do with the new web design
Just sharing this here. Since I loved "double tap on screen to lock my device" from OOS, I guess many of you liked it too. I know that we still get "double tap on status bar to lock device" as on option but it's kind of a headache to push my finger to the top of the screen. So, I found a work around to it. Here is a video of it.
Can we get a OOS port in this rom? GCam's video quality is **** even with the configs and nameless AOSP is already doing the port. It should not be that difficult?
Hello everyone, I tried flashing this OnePlus 8(instantnoodle) latest stable Android 13 version rom. But after doing every steps correctly, on the first initial setup, the touch screen does not work. It does not receive any touch input. And when I reverted back to the stock rom, everything works perfectly fine. So, what do I need to do in order to solve this problem?

Can I ask if auto brightness is fixed in this build?
Edit: Fresh install. Auto brightness works well. -

No-touch feedback usually happens when the wrong firmware is installed. It's possible you didn't follow the instructions properly or downloaded the incorrect files.
A retry will most likely fix the problem. If it doesn't, don't panic.
You won't have to MSM back to OOS (but, the phone must be on for the following steps), just hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" while also holding the Power Button simultaneously. The OnePlus 8 will reboot, but you need to quickly change (by letting go off all buttons) the switch combination to "Volume -" and the Power Button. It should then boot into Fastboot, allowing you to flash ROMs that include OOS 12 firmware (for example, LineageOS).
When firmware is an issue, and the display remains in an unresponsive state, recovery might be unavailable, hence the instruction to boot into Fastboot. You could try booting into recovery, but if the neccessary firmare is not installed, you'll have to use Volume Keys as input (as you'd do with some Magisk modules).
If recovery is unavailable, flash the recovery that comes with the ROM previously installed, then use fastboot reboot recovery to boot. This will allow you to adb sideload ... other ROMs.
I recommend not flashing payload.bin files through Fastboot, as I've had to MSM various times due to my OnePlus 8 saying that the OS was corrupted. Flashing recovery is OK, but further flashing should be completed through Sideloading.1
