[ROM][13][Mi A2] PixelExperience [AOSP]

Yes, I understand, and for me it was quite likely that it was done with third party drivers.

That's why I proposed to collect information on any different hardware versions, hoping to find a common version in the various groups of phones (high and low volume).
Then it would just be a matter of applying the necessary settings according to the detected version.

Or a manual option, and issue closed.
Yah but i have no idea what possibly i need to chek. I have very little time for these stuff apart from my life so will see

I think in ARM it's a big mess to do that.

In your shoes I would think I've done more than enough, and I wouldn't go near the idea of doing it even in a fireproof suit. 🙂

Thanks for your work, and have good things in your life.

I am not responsible for anything / You are on your own Good luck!

step 1 : Reboot to bootloader or fastboot
command
step 2 : flash boot.img provided (compulsory) using this link https://download.pixelexperience.org/jasmine_sprout

command - [adb sideload copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip]

step 7 : Now Reboot to recovery

step 8 : Now download super_empty partition zip using https://github.com/PixelExperience-...rout/releases/download/v1.0.0/super_empty.img

step 9 : Again go to recovery
Command - [volume up + power button until Bootlogo]

step 10 : Go to Advanced > Enter Fastboot

step 11 : Now type below command on terminal
command - fastboot wipe-super <super_empty>.img

step 12 : Now reboot recovery for safe side
Command - [volume up + power button until Bootlogo]

step 13 : Now download Pixel Experience Official Rom A13

step 16 : return to main menu of recovery

step 17 : Now sideload the rom zip using below command
Command - adb sideload "rom-name".zip

TIP: If the installation process reports the message "(~47%) adb: failed to read the command: No error", do not worry, the process was completed successfully and you can restart the device.

step 18 : now after completing go to main menu of recovery and format data again
Follow > Factory Reset > Format Data

step 19 : Go to Main Menu > Reboot system now

Thanks again for your work, updated via OTA to the latest build and everything is working, still errors and warnings in the logs but for my daily usage I didn't find any problems. So, an Android 13 phone that is five years old and has better specs than some phones that you can buy new today.

Hey, Thanks for reporting. i am not sure what this is. I will investigae on it. Enlighten me more about this protocol and connection method if you can. Also please attatch the mobile devices adb logcat when connection to the wifi. It will be helpful for me to debug and fix it if it is possible

I need to make changes to some configuration files in /system/etc/
e.g. /system/etc/mkshrc
The root partition where /system/etc is mounted read-only.
Code:
/dev/block/dm-0 on / type erofs (ro,seclabel,noatime,user_xattr,acl,cache_strategy=readaround)
Code:
mount -o remount,rw /
Whether
Code:
mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/dm-0
they bring no result.
How to temporarily mount rootfs privilege in read-write mode?

Cheers

On the latest (20/05/2023) build of pixel experience plus, flash in back camera is not working properly. The flashlight turns off at the exact time of when the picture is clicked and the final picture is dark (without flash).
I have the same problem with the Flash in automatic or active mode, any photo ends in a black image if there is little ambient light and the flash is activated. With the flash turned off it works correctly if there is little ambient light and with HDR mode enabled too; HDR mode seems slow, but I don't know if it's normal behavior.
It is impossible to take a picture at night or in low ambient light due to the failure of the flash.
HDR mode improves photography in low ambient light.
I just tried with the Open Camera application and with the Google Camera application installed from the Play store, and they don't have that problem, the flash works correctly.
Google Camera app closes when accessing settings; Open camera seems to work correctly in all aspects.

@Immanuel Raj bro it's been more than a month since you've declared about this rom. We are eagerly waiting for quite a long time. We understand it takes time to make a good product, but we cannot check the website every single day to check whether you've uploaded or not (which btw some of us are doing). So if you need time take as much as you want, but please give us an estimated time when we can expect the file to be uploaded so we don't have to check every day. Chears bro!
