Im using BSG's modded Gcam and it works flawlessly in my case, it also supports the macro and ultra-wide cameras, you can download it on MIUI from Here and test it.
Another note, u can flash the MIUI camera app with magisk on PE (You need Root).

Has anyone managed to install MIUI camera with this ROM? It would be nice to have all the lenses working. Google camera does the job, but I'm unable to use wide shot and 48MP camera. Would be nice to have that. Other than that, this ROM is smooth as butter. Complete refreshment compared to stock ROM.

You need Magisk and MiCamera-a13-mojito-Magisk-Module-26-12-22.zip. first install magisk and from Magisk the camera.

Do I need TWRP or I can install with stock Pixel Experience recovery? I would like to stay unrooted, but If it's mandatory, then I will root. I notice that clean PE installation gives me a passed safetynet, hopefully it is not affected. Thanks for your help

How is battery backup? I installed Pixel Os thinking was this rom everything is working flawslessly but i feel i have too much battery drain, this is only the 2nd day after flashing..

Magisk zip flashable from pe recovery. It means root ,safetynet not passed for me but banking apps work after applied deny list in magisk and hided magisk itself.

Found that GCam can be installed as normal apk and it has all the features working including wide shot. I don't like to root so this seems like a nice alternative. This is the link https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-bsg/f/dl116/

How did you install the rom? I did exactly everything the guide said yet the Pixel Launcher is consuming way more juices than it should.

What you mean, OTA from PE12 to PE13? No, you cant. You must reinstall with PE13, after that you can get OTA on PE13(if any update)
