I was try and its fine.. I dont have major or minor problem after update that same as dirty flash update, if you need clean and fresh you can reinstall new update but if you have many time to installing app and setting again.

I was already in PE 12 so i tried to flash directly PE13 like Berbudito says.

You need to do a clean flash to update to newer Android versions

I was following a youtube video, in that video he didn't mentioned about vendor boot.
