Hello. New firmware update is out, and i have one question. If my phone was bought in Europe with MIUI EEA, should i flash EEA or Global version of FW? I'm very happy with this ROM, migrated from LOS and i think both are pretty solid and much better than MIUI. Lately i have some battery drainage, but it could be because it's 2 years old now. Or maybe because i have improper firmware, so i want to double-check it xD

As far as I know you can install any firmware as far as you are not using MIUI but a custom ROM.

Firmware is basically a set of instructions that governs all the processes in a system, there are regional firmwares that tell the system how to perform with the cellphone towers, what bandwiths to use, etc. Other than that you can install any firmware on your phone, but I would advise you to install your regional one because it will provide the best battery life.

I am using P13 Plus edition, I think developer did a great job everything is working great for me.

There is only a small annoying bug that is if I restart I lose ringtone setting on both SIM cards, it goes back to the default one "Your new adventure".

Anyone has the same problem and any way to fix this?

I was thinking to replace the file so I can change ringtone but I would like to be able to set a different ringtone per simcard.

Update
The only ringtone causing settings to be reset on reboot is the one automatically imported by Google backup from previous ROM.

Which bugs do you have, I have the same version and I only have one bug.

Sometimes fingerprint unlock does not work and at the same time lock screen does not disappear even after inserting the right pin code, it's like lock screen and home screen are visible at the same time.
I can access settings but then screen lock appears again.

It happened a couple of times and I had to reboot.

I'm facing the same issue.
To unlock, somehow get into the emergency code dialling and then pull the notification drawer and then click on the settings icon.

Also facing this issue currently. Closed all background apps but within 1-2 hours battery is already <50%.

Just flashed this rom on my Redmi Note 10 (mojito)

I expected it to have a built-in applock, but couldn't find any in the security section. Do I have to activate any setting for it to work or is this feature specific for other devices?

Another thing I noticed is that MIUI camera wasn't present as well.

this is pixel experience, don't expect features that doesn't exist on Pixel Phones, like AppLock.

After latest August OTA update my phone randomly restarted a few times and one time it was stuck in a bootloop. I have latest firmware.

Now I'm back to the July build which works great except a little constant battery drain.

Device is crashing when idle for a long time with or without charging. Very annoying to lose calls when you think you're phone is sleeping but it has crashed to a brick ! Is that possible to log this behavior bug crash ? I'm on latest build to date.
