I have disabled always on display. Not a big problem for me. Wifi issue is solved by installing certificate that was needed with eduroam app from playstore. This is not needed with android 12 because of wifi differend security.

Ota update was not working for me, i have installed this update by sideload command through adb. No problems so far, rom is smooth. Thanks to all the people who are making this possible.

But did you format the apps/data out of the phone, before flashing the new one?

Possibly not directly related to the ROM (maybe Google policy update), however since this morning Google Pay has stopped working indicating the phone does not meet security requirements - both on the Jan and Feb version of the ROM. Phone is not rooted or anything, but something seems to trigger a safety check.

Otherwise Feb update is working fine and smooth

I indeed needed to factory reset my device after the OTA update.

Anyone know how to set the lockscreen pin, to be accepted when it is correct? ^_^

Only google pay now, not working, along with the app of macdonalds(which is stupid imo), because of sequrity reasons.

Same as above - Google has changed safetynet verification scheme and now you've to use the latest 7.6.1 build to have safetynet passing

Thanks for the fast update - have installed it & will try to pay in a store this afternoon.
Please note that Google Wallet still indicate that 'Phone doesn't meet security requirements'; however I will try anyway.

Did you try to insert a card on the wallet?
I havent tried mine yet, but the card was accepted without a problem.
Maybe try to change your dns, see if that helps

I can confirm that payments work again - despite the security message still showing. I am a happy camper

well, the dns fix was proposed as a temporary solution, on the mi 9t pro evolutionx thread, so it was worth a shot

The security related message has over time also disappeared. So I can now confirm that the latest version works great, incl. payments.

Hi,

Everything is great so far, didn't notice any problems, works really smooth.

However, I recently bought Pixel Buds A Series, paired them, they work, but there are no additional features available in the Bluetooth menu, like EQ, Adaptive Sound or Find Device. Also I don't have battery level for the case and each bud separately, just one except of three.

I already tried unpairing and pairing them again, rebooting the phone, cleaning the Google Pixel Buds app data, but nothing worked. I have Google Pixel Buds app installed and updated, but when I try to open it, it just opens bluetooth menu.

Anyone else using Pixel Buds and experiencing these issues, or is it just me?

Hi @mikairyuu.
Any plans for a further release? I know it's really complaining on a high level - but I was used to see one release per month and the last one is from start of Feb.
The only current issue that I get when using your ROM is the white noise in low level volume.
Other than that I'm really happy with it.

It's totally reasonable to expect me to update the ROM once a month.
However, march security patch still isn't merged into EvoX sources because it's a big QPR2 update of AOSP, and it will take 1-2 more weeks for the ROM developers to make it available.
So the build isn't there not because I'm a lazy maintainer, but rather because there's not a single device in existence running EvolutionX with march secpatch right now and we've to wait until the work there is done.

I wouldn't say it's reasonable as you are doing it without expecting money - as consequence nobody can expect anything from you
But it's certainly highly appreciated that you offer a frequent update to our community. So in general I wouldn't have the right to call you a lazy maintainer even if it was the truth...
