Same. However, it takes Simple Gallery Pro fairly long (about 5 seconds) to come up compared to Google Photos. That doesn't change after multiple attempts.

can someone recommend me a kernel to go with this rom?
anything good for daily use, good battery, no gaming and good ram suspension for multitasking would be appreciated. thanks.

Hello people, I love this ROM.. but just the battery backup is really bad. Is there something I can do to get much better battery life or just go back to the boring MIUI ?

Zee5 suddenly starts playing without it being open in background even. After it starts playing I also see the player in the notification area.
Flash Agishna Kernel. No idea why all ship this garbage Vantom kernel theese days.
I am very happy with vantom kernel.
Aghishna caused deep sleep issues for me. All other kernels I tried had wake up or deep sleep issues.
No problems with vantom.
Thats weird. For me is PixelOS + Agishna simply the best combo. Running at minimum 7+ Hours youtube in background while sleeping each night, cuz i cant sleep on dead silence. This battery backup is just insane. System Profile is also set to 'Performance'.
On 2023-05-13, I installed latest build dated 2023-05-10.
The rom is working fine for me.
Since a week, I'm encountering a problem about witch I can't say if it is due to the rom or to something else.
When I turn off my phone (sweet) it automatically turns on after a few minutes (1 to 3).
Should some one have an idea on how to solve this problem

Of course. That's how i do it before. Flash fw, and then rom, format and reboot
Also wiped cache + dalvik after sideloading zip -

I don't know but if you look at the available Quick Settings tiles, there are also separate tiles for Wifi, Bluetooth and Mobile data as alternative to the combined Internet tile. Maybe that helps.2

Anyway after updating to the latest PixelOS (31/8) i noticed some drain on battery,but after one week battery circles are normal again and rom is running perfect.1
Side loading via recovery worked fine. I'm using Pixel OS Recovery, though, not TWRP, so maybe that's the reason. But no problems doing a dirty flash via recovery, so that's good. -

Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
• Download the ROM from the link above
• Download Magisk v26.1 or newer (optionally)
• Reboot to recovery
• Flash the latest MIUI 14 firmware for your region (linked above)
• Flash the ROM zip
• Format data
• Reboot and voila!
• To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash Magisk.
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
• Flash ROM zip and Magisk (optional)
• Wipe cache and dalvik (optional, recommended)
• Reboot and voila!

- Other improvements and changes66On my device I've found that sometimes my phone wasn't going to deep sleep because of smp2p_sleepstate wakelock.
I've decided to disable this kernel module and see what happens. I'm using this configuration since few days and I'm rather happy with the results - I don't see any regressions after disabling the module and my battery drain issue is solved. At least from this particular reason.
So I'd like to share the build.
As always, You're flashing this at your own risk. I don't know if this will work on any other rom than PixelOS (most probably will work. I'm not sure about miui based roms. Feel free to try).
It's regular Vantom kernel, compiled with latest commit 3c6e92509e0ad1aca8419db926b2cc82b1c5acb1 (HEAD -> courbet-12.1, origin/courbet-12.1).
Following changes have been made in comparing to defconfig:
