After struggIing a little bit I've finally done it. I didn't have any knowledge about any of it before doing this. So I'm not an expert but here is a more detailed guide:
Thanks a lot for this guide, I'll link it to the main post. After struggIing a little bit I've finally done it. I didn't have any knowledge about any of it before doing this. So here is a more detailed info:
- Assuming you unlocked your bootloader. If you didn't, first you need to unlock it: Bootloader Unlocking Guide
- Then you need to download latest Android Platform Tools.
- After exctracting it, move it to the main "C:" folder.
- Download Recovery (boot.img) and move it to the same folder that we copied to "C:"
- Download ROM and don't exctract it or rename it. Also move it to the same folder.
- Download Mi Flash Tool. After downloading it, open the program and select the driver tab and install it.
- Activate the Developer Options in your phone by Settings > About Phone > Tap on MIUI Number 7 times.
- Search "Developer Options" in the settings and open it. There is "Usb Debugging" option. Enable it.
- Connect your phone to the PC. And choose the File Transfer Mode from your phone's notifications.
- Turn off your phone. After that press the Volume down + Power button together a few seconds until you see it enter into the Fastboot mode.
- Open Platform Tools folder that we moved in to the "C:" and type "cmd" into the windows explorer's folder direction bar and press enter.
- Type "adb devices" in to the command prompt that opened. (If it didn't recognise the command type ".\adb devices" and use ".\" before any command I give after this.)
- Type "fastboot devices". You should see your device. If it didn't then check drivers or install drivers again from Mi Flash Tool. If you can't see your device in the device manager(Windows) then you probably using diffrent usb-c cable. Try using original one. If it still didn't solve the problem, try diffrent pc or usb output.
- Type "fastboot flash boot boot.img". You should see it installing.
- Type "fastboot reboot recovery". You should see your phone entering into the recovery mode. If it didn't, press Power button few seconds until it shot down. Then press Volume Up + Power button few seconds until you see it entering into the recovery mode.
- By using Volume Up and Down and Power Buttons you can navigate the recovery menu from your phone. So select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and confirm.
- After that go back to the main menu and select "Apply update".
- Open command prompt from your pc again if you closed it and type "adb sideload PixelOS_lisa-12.0-20220122-1511.zip" (ROM file should be named this. If your file's name is diffrent, type that instead.)
- It should start installing. If it didn't and said cannot read the file then you should try this: Large Adress Aware Program
- After installing navigate trough recovery menu again and select "Reboot System".
- It's Done!!!
Btw it's working flawless until now. It's a fresh breath of air after MIUI. One thing that bothers me is the stock Camera app. Of course you can install Gcam but that one doesn't change colors with the theme so that bugs me a little. And I am curious about updates. Firstly how to know when there is an uptade available and also do I need to flash update also or there is an OTA update?
Before writing Large Address Awareness tip I did talk about all of those things in my guide. But I understand that could cause a problem for people that only looking for some solutions and not following it step by step. So I changed my post. Thank you.I fixed it as soon as i posted this. It is due to bad adb.exe. Use the ones from google here

SDK Platform Tools release notes | Android Developers
Android SDK Platform-Tools is a component for the Android SDK.developer.android.com
Restart your phone to recover fresh, Reformat data, and then do a clean flash using CMD (NOT PowerShell) with admin rights. run adb sideload filename.zip and it should run.
Everytime it fails just redo the steps (including rebooting your phone). I doubt the Large Aware Address helps.
yes sir, working on one
i thought i was being smart with buying the mi 11 lite5g (not NE) as it has a better processor but theres little to no development for mine and no roms are working .

First I'm not the developper of this rom and just share it here credits go to @NeoArian Be aware that it's a provisory thread and the dev will create his own when he decide the rom is ready.... LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket...forum.xda-developers.com
Nah, that's so wrong xD, there's so much going on behind the scenes.i thought i was being smart with buying the mi 11 lite5g (not NE) as it has a better processor but theres little to no development for mine and no roms are working .

All the gesture features you mentioned work fine here, I'll suggest mtsl gcam as it works perfectly.Been using this for a week or two now. Runs very smoothly, have only experienced visual bugs once that were helped when I restarted (a blue and green tiny dot were shown on the bottom of my screen). Overall very fast and clean, will prolly stay on this rom for a long while.
Battery life was however lowered significantly. I also installed Magisk so that may be causing it, although I did not use superuser apps yet.
Last: is there a Gcam available for this? Cause the camera that came with it is, well, absolute ****.
Edit: none of the custom features that I tested seem to be working. swiping up/down with 3 fingers does not take a screenshot, neither can I activate the torch with double/long press, and also cannot double tap to sleep.
I installed mtsl gcam but somehow the pictures are saved as black imagesAll the gesture features you mentioned work fine here, I'll suggest mtsl gcam as it works perfectly.
I'll say just wait for a while longer, next update will be based on a completely new set of trees with OSS kernel and vendor.
I installed mtsl V5 and it works perfectly fine for me, same rom tooI installed mtsl gcam but somehow the pictures are saved as black images![]()
Uhh.. that's a bummer since battery life on stock MIUI is already not that great. Hopefully this can be improved with a new release.
There's no way you don't have any magisk modules installed. I won't be able to help unless you're ready to come clean. I've mentioned this before and I'll say it again. If you're using any additional magisk modules then you must mention it.Thanks for the instruction. Log attached.
(But dmesg says permission denied.)

I don't think so, but idk. If so, you could try Magisk hide on Photos. If you need magic eraser badly, you could try things like downgrading/ reinstalling Photos app. First you'd have to uninstall it with root uninstaller, I use App2sd, and reboot. Then source the apk yoursel(apk mirror etc). Out of curiosity I tried to get ME to work myself today and followed this tutorial. Magisk eraser was avaible as a feature, but it wasn't removing any selected areas, it did nothing.
Got magic eraser feature yesterday without doing anything, turns out it was a server rollout and did not depend on the app version. It got rolled out in cycles, a few users got it earlier than others.Sorry for double post : I flashed latest stable xiaomi.eu build for Lisa and Magic Eraser works...
I'll proabably flash PixelOS again soon, maybe it will be ok this time.
Sorry, I'm a noob.
How do I grab logs for it?
What module? Do you mean Magisk thing? I didn't do it. I Only flashed the rom and firmware.
Thanks.
