There are random reboots in the latest build? Did you clean install? For those who face random reboots in this build, flash latest AtomX kernel (https://t.me/Atom_X_Project/3067)
Yes.There are random reboots in the latest build? Did you clean install?
Outdated but works. Also, kernel version is higher than QS.This kernel development dropped in November and latest update is on October 2022 as per telegram channel , it is too outdated for a Jan A13 update ROM i guess , correct?
And you didn't have reboots before, correct? In any case, I might wait for a while before installing the new version. Since I have no issues right now, well, maybe except the battery life is kinda random.
So, Yuki kernel, that I use right now and will continue using, will most likely also work well.
If you are in India, using latest fw for India is OK, the same goes for Global and EEA.Ok can confirm random reboots....
Latest boot
Latest Os
Latest fw - for Indian region (maybe the culprit, I guess)
All my Spotify gets exited randomly...have to open the app again for playback..

I couldn't reproduce the issue on my device, but sideloading this might help. Can you grab a log for that reboot or at least steps to reproduce for @whyredFire ?
I also had random reboot issues (with a clean flash and latest build). It seems to be resolved with quicksilver-lisa-20230123-1334-b04abca4.zip kernel. No reboot for now.I couldn't reproduce the issue on my device, but sideloading this might help.
I personally already had two reboots even with the new kernel, trying yuki now.
continue with random reboots, and adding new icons to launcher is making to crash and reboot.....There's a temporary fix for the reboots, until there is a bugfix release. Rename this file from .txt to .rc and copy it to /vendor/etc/init/ overwriting the original file. You need root tho.
where can i find /vendor/etc/init/ ??There's a temporary fix for the reboots, until there is a bugfix release. Rename this file from .txt to .rc and copy it to /vendor/etc/init/ overwriting the original file. You need root tho.
Use any file explorer that supports root, but it turns out even this fix is not good enough. There is a new public testing build if you are interested. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1evAnA6JWEQiUGQ2JhDZs8Xfo1f1nfWRj/view

This issue has been fixed, will be reflected in the next update. Thanks to the devs for the almost perfect ROM. As I said earlier, recent improvement on the bluetooth audio are awesome. The connection is stable as a rock with all the codecs.
Small feature request : see spotify current song/artist on always-on display (AOD). This info was shown on Android 12.
Thanks for update.
Still problem with miui camera, which FC with a error connection message.
Thanks for the Rom! Clean flashed Feb 15 version from LineageOS 19. The camera won't open.
Unfortunately that didn't change anything for me. Still just a black screen with zero options
There's no way you don't have any magisk modules installed. I won't be able to help unless you're ready to come clean. I've mentioned this before and I'll say it again. If you're using any additional magisk modules then you must mention it.Thanks for the instruction. Log attached.
(But dmesg says permission denied.)

I don't think so, but idk. If so, you could try Magisk hide on Photos. If you need magic eraser badly, you could try things like downgrading/ reinstalling Photos app. First you'd have to uninstall it with root uninstaller, I use App2sd, and reboot. Then source the apk yoursel(apk mirror etc). Out of curiosity I tried to get ME to work myself today and followed this tutorial. Magisk eraser was avaible as a feature, but it wasn't removing any selected areas, it did nothing.
Got magic eraser feature yesterday without doing anything, turns out it was a server rollout and did not depend on the app version. It got rolled out in cycles, a few users got it earlier than others.Sorry for double post : I flashed latest stable xiaomi.eu build for Lisa and Magic Eraser works...
I'll proabably flash PixelOS again soon, maybe it will be ok this time.
It won't open at all, or it won't open sometimes? If it's not opening at all, that must be something else. Did you flash any camers modules or tried to update the camera app? The resolotion suggested by whyredFire completly solved the problem for me.Thanks. I used the command but MIUI camera still won't open.
I enabled USB debugging in dev options, allowed PC access, and used the command. It didn't give any error, so I suppose the command was sent successfully?

(only if there's a firmware update)After struggIing a little bit I've finally done it. I didn't have any knowledge about any of it before doing this. So I'm not an expert but here is a more detailed guide:
