Thank you for your hard work @Zeetaa , but I wanna report a bug about bluetooth connection, I’ve a wireless earbuds that is working normally with iPhone and another OnePlus device, but when I connect to this phone then there is no sound, but before when this phone still on MIUI 13 then the earbuds worked fine.
I’m using the latest version of PixelOS,
build number is TQ1A.230205.002 FYI.
P.S.
I've just found out another bug, that is if you connect any bluetooth device and open any kind of video contents, like open Camera, Youtube, then the refresh rate drop super low, maybe only 1 frame/s, everything almost freeze, you can't play any video, can't record video if you're opening Camera app.
But when I disconnect bluetooth devices then everything work fine, I've test on two bluetooth devices.

@reborn2020 I had similar situation with my car audio. Go the bluetooth settings, chose paired device and disable HD sound in its properties. In my case it solved the problem

Both solutions didn't work for me 😭
otherwise it sounds like firmware issue. have you tried recommended one (13.0.8)? where are you from? (Cuz you have to chose a firmware adequately with your region) I am from France, and 13.0.8, 13.0.9 and 13.0.11 skeuhxm all work fine with Feb 19th version using my tws, car bt and an old bt amplifier.

Is that the firmware I have to download at the first page of this thread? can I install the firmware now or I must also re-install the ROM? I'm from Vietnam.

Yes, the one from the first page. You can flash the firmware without re-installing the ROM.
the one from the first page is for EU, I am not sure it is compatible. Dunno what should be used for Vietnam but I think you should try a global one like V13.0.6.0.SKHMIXM or V13.0.7.0.SKHMIXM from here :https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/archive/firmware/alioth/
Maybe Zeetaa knows which version, would suit your phone, or a Vietnamese fellow cloud give some feedback?

Thank you all, it works now, the firmware from the first page works perfectly!

I have an issue, I'm on 18 Feb build clean install,

when I click on the location privacy indicator when QS partially open, it opens battery settings, but if I click it when QS fully open it works and shows which app is using the location.

Can we change the kernel to something that will improve battery life?
Dont get me wrong, battery life is great on pixelos , just something else to try....

Can anyone recommend something?

If you're focused on battery life try to change the KProfile to battery (on battery settings), I didn't test it that much, but might help, or you can try to use an AOSP compatible kernel, you should have no issue, I used to run Pixel experience on a different kernel, didn't try in pixelOS but should work

If you just want to try another kernel it's possible, if you have a custom recovery. If you get an error after trying to flash the new kernel flash stock boot.img first then flash new kernel.

Are you sure you are using the recommended firmware. I've watched 2 seasons of Yellowstone offline with vlc and no issues for me.
I have flashed the firmware again and for good measure also the OS. Has now been running without issues for two weeks. Maybe I downloaded the wrong firmware version or something. Anyway, it is fixed, thanks!

Used this rom before it is awesome!
Since that I switched back to miui 14, just curious can I use 14.0.4.0 firmware with this ROM?

Well, I need to tap the quick toggle first, then toggle Bluetooth in a pop-up, unlike data and wifi which just need one touch from the quick toggle and no pop-up. perhaps you could enlighten me if I didn't find the setting allowing it. it is a detail but I am using Bluetooth often and in terms of ergonomics it would be a nice addition to the rom.
My bad : there are 2 different Bluetooth quick toggles ! I've found the good one 🙂

I am having very bad battery drain after flashing the rom. Overnight drain is more than 20%...any idea?
In display settings you should verify that "prevent accidental wake up" is unchecked, it is a very probable cause. I had set it last week and faced the same issue. Also try disabling some google apps as I said a few pages ago.

Hi, i really want to try this rom, can this be installed with a broken Volume Button?

Im still on stock miui 14, havent done anything to the Phone yet

You can boot to bootloader or recovery with adb. You'll have to enable USB debugging in developer options.
    adb reboot bootloader
    adb reboot recovery

Great ROM. I came from V14.0.11.0.TKHEUXM (at my own risk) contrary of recommended V14.0.9.0.TKHEUXM, and after couple of days using it, I didn't observed any issue. Performance and battery life are great. I have WideVine L1. Thanks developper.

download latest twrp, don't flash it, just boot it via fastboot, flash the 14.0.11 frimware and you should be fine.

PixelOS is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, themed icons, google sans fonts, Monet color based system wide theming, boot animation), a fork of OG Pixel Experience with improvements on the top of it. Huge respect to Pixel Experience team for their work, thanks to them for making this ROM possible.
In short a fully functional Pixel Experience with just the right amount of essentials.

    Code:
/* Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    Device Specific Issues:
    None

    Requirements
    FW 14.0.9.0

Why do people bother with this bug fest,,, just use crDroid a14 very stable probably the best Android 14 out there
That's not very polite. Words like these discourage developers. Keep in mind they put in hours of effort and usually don't get paid for it. I'm going to report your comment and hope you learn some manners.
