Hi man! Replying using XDA app on this rom. I got some issues with this rom: Chrome, Edge,.. not responding(sometime it stuck at the centered big icon and wont load into the app), Charging not work(I have to shutdown my phone to charge), some app immediately close when I open it(but i think it because the app itself not support a12). Hope you fix these soon😊 great work btw 👏 Thank you!
charging thing is fixed, still working out on chrome and browser force closing

Some system apps are crashing when i touch the fingerprint sensor. (I've only seen on ringtone picker and alarm/clock app for now.) Viper4Android driver and flashing Magisk 21.4 zip file doesn't work either. I had to pull boot.img and patch it. Also on XDA app touch and keyboard freaks out but its probably the apps fault since i saw so much comments saying its so buggy. Other than that its very smooth and really easy on battery. Great work! (ginkgo china variant, Android 12 build)

Use magisk 23.0 as mentioned in the OG post, i am using it and it works well. Most of the apps crash because the whole DRM crashes for some reason, I am still working on it...

Encryption FAQ

Encryption means converting your data into an unreadable (encrypted) format which prevents it from being read without first being decrypted, increasing security as those who don't know the key (in this case password or PIN) to decrypting the data won't be able to read the data, they'll just get jumbled characters.

On the other hand, leaving the phone decrypted or forcing decryption will allow anyone access to that data without issue.

Most ROMs are encrypted by default. When formatting data during the flashing process, this allows the data partition to be encrypted when the phone boots.

In short:
1. If you prefer your data being secure and aren't planning on changing ROMs frequently, leave the builds encrypted.
2. If you plan on flashing different ROMs on a regular basis, decryption may be an easier option though less secure.

Can I flash magisk on encrypted builds with PixelOS recovery?
Yes, you can sideload it

How to flash encrypted builds?
- Reboot to fastboot mode
- Flash PixelOS recovery fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
- Sideload ROM using ADB
- Go to Advanced and Format Data

So fast... Btw is the charging bug fixed? (I know the charging is working fine, but there's no charging logo and charging detail on lockscreen)

And can I do a dirty flash from previous build?

Sorry, I just new here

Just updated to latest encrypted build. Fingerprint crash thingy still exists. ._.
Update: The sensor also crashes Google Photos app. Also i can't get access to /Android file.
Update 2: I've switched to decrypted release.
Update 3: Fingerprint issue only affects Google apps. Chrome and Dialer seems fine but others aren't.
