No fastboot drivers installed
have these installed
That's not for fastboot
ok sorry, found some drivers that ive deleted cuz adb was too old there
is it right sequence?
While I would generally reply "check opening post"...is it right sequence?
1. Updated firmware
2. Flashed rom
3. flashed boot.img from sourceforge (last)
will there be a gapps included version again?While I would generally reply "check opening post"...
Firmware
Sideload rom.zip
Reboot to recovery
Sideload gapps.zip
No need to install boot.img manually unless you were referring to patched boot.img for root
No
Noticed this happens because screen refresh rate is going from 60 to 120hz every blinkAlways on display blinking every second on lockscreen. Started to blink on last build 20230127, previous builds were good
I think it's dialer issue. Had the same issue when using Google dialer. Using default dialer from CrDroid, I have no issues.Does any one else's screen display size become huge during an ongoing call using Google dialer? Happens on Nameless too, just curious.
Thanks
Works well.
I did clean install according to instructions, factory reset, reboot, sideload rom, reboot, sideload nickgapps coreWorks well.
Probably you did not install gapps correctly after updating.
Whenever you install Cr. or upgrade, you need to boot into recovery and sideload gapps.
Check well which gapps you have installed.I did clean install according to instructions, factory reset, reboot, sideload rom, reboot, sideload nickgapps core
Did you format?Hi all,
I'm coming from A13 xTended custom rom ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...cam-xtended-xt-v5-0-gapps-19-02-2023.4382773/ ) and I would like to try crDroid rom.
I have done the followings steps :
* phone off
* start to fastbboot
* fastboot flash dtbo / vendor / boot
* reboot to recovery via fastboot
* sildeload crdroid.zip
* reboot to system
but the phone hung to 1+ logo and nothing more....
What did I wrong ?
Many thanks
Thank you for the reply. Since the OP says both OOS 12 and OOS 13 are required (I did read, as you can see), I didn't think it was too far fetched to wonder if they might have intended to allow other firmware versions and didn't account for them when they copied and pasted their announcement from a previous release. I'm taking it that the F.20 isn't available, and I'll consider whether I want to downgrade before using this ROM.
