New update give me chills !!!

Last 2 updates make me do lots of backup and restore using PC.
Those updates make the touch screen useless, and had to format all data (inc. internal storage) & flash full ROM againnnn.

Can anyone confirm, does anyone face the issue like that mentioned above

A) You have to be able to read: there are steps required for fully operational functions. Like: flashing the firmware file. If you don't do that step touchscreen doesn't work among many other bugs.

B) Sounds like you will want to just MSM back to OOS and stick with that. Wiping data and restoring is a necessary evil of messing with custom ROMS. Sometimes you can dirty flash but that sometimes causes more problems than the ROM would give if you clean flash.

So if you can't follow (A), I would stick with following (B). No need to talk bad about the ROM (which works mostly fine - just minor bugs here or there) because you can't follow directions and acting like wiping data/restoring is a hassle for you. If it is a hassle, stick with OOS.

Its not just you. There is some discussion earlier in the thread for a method to "Fix" the video problem. But it didn't work for me. There is still a 10 second pause before each video plays. It was not fixed with recent updates. I'm just living with it. It makes me use my phone for dumb crap less.

Cheers tbh I dont do social media but occasionally if I am bored will watch the odd video like you say I hardly look at my phone now even less

Could either of you get a log of it? Like start the log, wait for it to stop spewing constant lines then hit play to the video then stop once the video starts? Maybe the log can pinpoint what is happening. Unless someone else already posted one and I just missed it.

But that's the best way to help the dev possibly get it fixed.

Although, not using the phone as much can be a + too lol

One thing I noticed is that all of the menu styles except Legacy picked up on extra items added to the advanced restart menu, such as Fastboot and Restart SystemUI (I added these on my personal LOS fork, and I temporarily cherry picked the power menu style just to try it out). Legacy, however, did not; heck, pressing "restart" didn't even offer an advanced restart menu, it just restarted the phone. So, yeah, nice idea, but a little buggy and incomplete.

Yes, "Tap to Wake" is under: Settings --> Display
and also "Tap to Sleep" is under: Settings --> crDroid Settings --> Status Bar
