Pixel Experience 13 on my Redmi Note 11 gives me this problem, for some reason after a while the launcher's framerate drops and it starts to lag like crazy, it's like from 90fps goes to 15fps. Has anyone experienced this problem and is there a fix to it? Even after I restart the phone it goes well for the first 10 minutes, but then the problem returns.

Uninstall Android Sytem Intelligence updates, that's the culprit for the launcher lag

Nowhere in the installation procedure, I see mentioning of 'rooting'.
Sofar, I have not installed PE on my RN11 spesn, mostly because of guarantee-reasons, but I'm considering it, because of my very positive experience With PE13 on my RN8T willow-ginkgo.
On that phone, I had placed a 32GB SDHC card with all the necessary files (OrangeFox, Magisk, latest firmware, PE13 ROM). After having installed OrangeFox and having rooted the phone, Installation went incredibly smooth: format data and wipe of all relevant cashes, No 'sideload' commands, straight forward flashing.
I do appreciate that OrangeFox is not available yet for RN11, but TWRP is (mentioned earlier in this thread). Still, I wonder about 'rooting'. In my humble opinion, rooting is a pre-condition, prior to any installation of a custom ROM. Or is rooting not necessary when using sideloading? Or is rooting included in PE Recovery?

Follow-on (7 February 2023)
Meanwhile I have installed TWRP 3.7.0 UNOFFICIAL and from TWRP, PixelExperience, latest version (after having placed the zip-file of this ROM on the SD-card). Installation without prooblems and everything appears to work well! (Rooting proved not necessary...)

But with an outgoing and incoming call, I do not hear the interlocutor in wired headphones and he me. I press the button "Speaker", I start to hear the interlocutor, but he does not hear me. Really appreciate the work for this rom. This device would be much more of a pain than it's right now if I don't have this rom installed. I have 1 question though, that's I'm on PE plus 13 none root and I want to keep it that way. Is there any chance that this rom will integrate some kind of fast charge solution? since my phone is changing at 5w and takes around 2 hours for the battery to fully charged.

Since the last update (fresh flash) I cannit connect with my cars headunit. Anyone has similar problems or possible fix?

It just reconnects constantly. I have no trouble connecting to my headphones, tho. I tried the developers setting for Bluetooth but it doesnt help.

I have the exact same problem. The funny thing is that I have 2 spesn devices in my household and i flashed them back-to-back like a week ago with the same latest global MIUI, and then with PE non-plus 13. One of them has this issue, the other does not

Edit: the second phone eventually had that problem. Uninstalling Android System Intelligence updates and disabling auto update for this app in Play Store worked, at least so far (will have to test it for longer since the issue shows up so randomly, and in the case of the second one of my phones - after 2 weeks of installing the OS)
