NM. Installation went off without a hitch and yes to both concerns. Appreciate the great fingerprint and face unlocks too. This phone is super fast now. Just became my favorite Android. Great job.

cDroid is ment to be not only an AOSP base ROM but more pixel based with similar GAPPS. I think it fits this ROM very well.

Sure, you could argue that, but then again, GrapheneOS is mainly made for Pixels.
One can buy a Pixel for any number of its features (camera, display, size, aesthetics, whatever) but they might not want to use any Google Apps.
Some maintainers push two builds; one with, and one without GAPPS. But I guess as long as they are not official/verified maintainers, they aren't required to do anything. They might as well just be building a ROM for personal use, but decide to also share it, should others want to have the same experience as the dev.

You can disable it in the Miscellaneous settings, then reboot, then you can use Storage Saver as backup quality.

Awesome rom! Id like to limit charging to 80% with acc and acca but I cant get magisk to flash - it says "Couldn't access state file..." when flashing in recovery.

My apologies! It does indeed work. I bought this 6a just a few months ago, before that, I was using a 4a. Several ROMs had this "OG Pixel spoof" feature, but none of them actually worked. I read about it for a bit, and I found multiple sources saying Google fixed this spoof.
Good to know that it works now/on this device/ROM, thank you for correcting me!

NP Always use Pixelfy gphotos lsposed module aswell and/or spoof pixel xl for Photos alone

Try flashing this boot image. This is the one I've used.
Reboot to bootloader, then use fastboot flash --slot all boot magisk_patched-25200_yITuv.img

I fastboot flashed magisk_patched-boot.img, then magisk installed acc and safetynetfix(just out of habit) and everything is working great so far. Passes basic attestation according to YASNAC, charge is limited to 79, network/GPS location is good(tested with MyLocation app), fast charging, 5G...

Battery drain is good but Android System Intelligence was using more battery than any other app, so I background restricted it.
Great rom!

Edit: Restricting Android System Intelligence causes google maps to not give directions - Google nonsense...

I've never used MindTheGapps before.

• If you would like to install gapps you will need to adb sideload MindTheGapps.
• After sideloading gapps you will need to factory data reset. Enjoy!

Does this mean that we'll have to do a factory data reset after every update, or only for the initial install?
