EvolutionX is an AOSP based ROM.
Based on Android 13.​

How to Flash​

Kindly note that the ROM is FBE Enabled, so use latest Orange Fox Recovery 12.1 by @goshawk22. Get the recovery from here

CLEAN FLASH: (If on A12/A12L/A13 based rom other than EvolutionX)​

- Download the ROM & A12L Compatible Gapps (if vanilla build)
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe system, dalvik, cache, vendor and data
- Flash the ROM (and gapps if vanilla build)
- Tap on format data, type yes and reboot to system
- Recover backed up data and Flash Magisk (optional)​

DIRTY FLASH: (If already on EvolutionX A13)​

- Download the ROM
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe dalvik, cache
- Flash the ROM (and gapps if vanilla build)
- Reboot To System​

Known Issues:​

BT Media is buggy (BT Calling is fine)​

Did anybody else got a Bricked message when installing this ROM? It told be that it cannot Boot due to bad boot partition or similar. Sadly I could not make a screenshot or a Photo.

To my knowledge none reported. May be Issue with how u flashed.

Thanks for you reply, I used another version of EvolutionX and this worked without problems.
I will try again some time later.

BTW: what is the recommended Recovery for the Realme 5 Pro?

U can use orange fox unified recovery. BTW am not maintain evox anymore. Euchingu is maintaining it since two months

btw, using this evoX 5.9.2, my SafetyNet get success on basicintegrity and ctsProfile. another thing is that I do not get error system again... cool

Unfortunately I don't have it.
There is no official evox for our device yet.
U can get latest unofficial build in our realme 5 Pro global group and channel.

EvolutionX 7.1 - 11.09.2022 Release Notes

- Initial Build
- FBE Enabled, so PE recovery is preferable (if u r ok with random names for internal storage files in recovery, u can use any recovery though)
- Follow flashing process of PE rom if using PE recovery (for other recoveries, follow usual clean flash process)
- Safetynet passes by default
- Bluetooth works fine for calling but not media playback
