first install the apk and then proceed to rename the apk to zip and flash it on recovery.

If anush can't maintain this rom anymore, i'll take it, but unofficial.

9.6 will take time tho, as June SPL will be QPR3 Update.

I hope vibration options will be bring back on future updates.

Can anyone explain how to install this LineageOs Rom? I'm still on another Custom Rom and want to flash this Rom. That Rom is not allowed to use Custom Recovery. If I flash Recovery from LineageOs, I'm worried if there is an error.

on youtube there is a safe and detailed video tutorial, you just need to follow step by step, you can find that video with the keyword " install lineageos 20 on redmi note 10 android 13" on the channel "tech infomania", me followed this video and it worked, sorry I use google translate

You aren't the only one. Me too, I've been using vanilla version for the last year. Everything is perfect, except for the IR to control the television.

    can be ported and it works fine inbuilt. but problems are:
    1- i don't like oem apps on aosp
    2- the zip file increases in size... from 1.2GB to almost 2GB, so unless there is a huge demand i'm not gonna add it.

    own recovery, just flash/sideload the new build and that's it.

    i don't ship ota because mainly of lazyness and because ota installing takes forever, so is faster for users just flash/sideload the new build on the recovery

    the build has some weird bugs for some users, so it will be available again once i build september version.

    LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 13 (T), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    - 20230730

    Notes
    - Don't change kernel.
    - Custom recoveries are not allowed to be used.
    - Custom kernels are not allowed to be used.
    - Inlined with NetErnels.
    - SafetyNet is OK.
    - Signature Spoofing is OK.
    - SELinux is enforcing.
    - Encryption is enabled by default so decrypting is not allowed.
    - Only use Lineage recovery to flash/format.
    - 14.0.3.0 FW is recommended to use.

    Flashing instructions
    - Download ROM zip, recovery zip and fw if needed.
    - Boot to bootloader.
    - Run fastboot update LOS20_Recovery_*.zip , according to the build downloaded.
    - Run fastboot reboot recovery
    - Flash FW if needed (reboot to recovery after flashing)
    - Format data with the recovery.
    - Click Apply Update.
    - Select your preferred method (Sideload/SDCard)
    (For Sideload run : adb sideload lineage*.zip)
    (For SDCard just select the zip from where you saved it)
    - Reboot to system

    Update Instructions
    - Download ROM zip
    - Flash FW if updated (reboot to recovery after flashing)
    - Click Apply Update.

    everything is working... i'm using this rom since release and i finally found my daily driver rom...

    maybe you will face some lags on apps but can be easily fixed by adding some props to build.prop (i'll do on next build)

    About Official... LineageOS Requeriments are very strict and i'm not a experienced developer (i'm just learning) so i can't make this official

    So , i'll provide monthly updates as long as i have server to build it.
