What is this?
PixelExperience is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, icons, fonts, boot animation)

Our mission is to offer the maximum possible stability and security, along with essential and useful features for the proper functioning of the device

Based on Android 12

- Sound
- mali drivers
- USB tethering
- HW Backed video Playback
- Ril (Mobile data,calls, sms and stuff)
- Sensors
- Buttons
- Bluetooth
- Wifi HotSpot
- MTP
- 2D and 3D gpu acceleration
- HW encoding/decoding
- HWcomposer (HWC)
- Charging with device powered off
- Stuff I didn't test yet
- Camera
- GPS
- Fingerprint Sensor
- Mobicore
- SW codecs

Not Working
- VoLTE and VoWiFi will not be implemented (for now) as they heavily depend on Samsung's framework.

Hello Luke....the rom is very fast and stable....I will talk about a few experiences....1:bottom lights not working...(hopefully bottom lights can be added) 2: Very little echo on the receiver side...(very little echo compared to other AOSP roms (hardly any)...3: Very little customization....

And finally this rom works perfectly in daily use...

I know it will be perfect thanks to android 12 luke....

I don't believe. That's perfect and it's beta version!!!!
Everything work fine and better than android 11 of pixel experience... Very smooth and stable, battery temperature and life is good...

When is this rom getting it's official release??.
This is my daily driver and I don't want any problems with it.
The current android 11 latest version of the rom is working solid and thanks a lot for breathing a new air to this old Device.

This was posted by Luke on his telegram channel:
PSA: Galaxy S7 / S7 edge will not be eligible for Pixel experience official builds and will remain unofficial. (Android 12)

No reason was given. Hopefully he'll find a solution in the future bc it happened before with other devices but we'll have to wait.

As for stability, this ROM is very stable even as a first build so in a couple of months we should expect it to be better after squashing some bugs.

Finally, the official status has no effect on performance it merely lets us use the OTA updater which is not so special.

The ROM is awesome. It's my daily ROM. One question: In the WhatsApp I got frozen screen when I take a selfie, someone got a tip to solve this?

Install Magisk and flash Pixelify module (from GitHub) or MagiskHide props config (from magisk app) and follow module instructions
