Hi, thanks for this update. I hope you can patch the problematic microphone bug, the sound produced is very small and when doing a screen recorder it also produces small audio, the sound quality is far below stock ROM. Maybe there are some audio drivers that need to be fixed or some files are missing. Hopefully the next update can patch this bug. Thank you in advance

As far as the sound volume is concerned, please see here

Pixel Experience default was
<ctl name="DSP5L Input 1 Volume" value="26" />
<ctl name="DSP5L Input 2 Volume" value="26" />
Changed to
<ctl name="DSP5L Input 1 Volume" value="30" />
<ctl name="DSP5L Input 2 Volume" value="30" />

then reboot to take in charge the new values

Thanks for your help. I've changed the Input 1&2 Volume from 26 to 30. It seems to work for voice recordings using an external 3.5mm jack microphone, but for the default microphone directly from the this phone, it doesn't work because the sound input remains small. I'm including a screenshot for the comparison. Hopefully there is one other help solve this problem

I previously also used PE Plus edition, fingerprint worked fine. Except for the voice recorder which has a problem and is only able to record with a very low bitrate, 64 Kbps. Try wiping cache via TWRP or reinstall ROM

İt's not working :/ Can I fix it maybe in root folder or something? In original Stock ROM it was working.

Try tag the ROM developer or Thread author. Maybe they can help you

Hi

First...thank you for your great work.

I flashed the latest ROM on my S7 and it works fine. I did this because I'm searching for a ROM with actual security updates and Lineageos does not have this function for S7.

The other very important feature is to read my Blood sugar sensor (Abott Libre 3) with my mobile phone.

For the first "contact" the sensor needs to be scanned with NFC...and this does not work with this ROM (Lineageos, too) I can't "read" other NFC chips, too. Only in the "old" Floyd ROM (and stock ROM) NFC works correct. I have three S7 so I can say the NFC hardware is OK.

Does anybody has the same problem or can say if NFC generally works?
