It looks like it to me, I switched to PixelPlusUI after never getting a reply here.

Yeah, im thinking about switching to pixel experience plus, but i don't know what features I'm missing from this rom. And I'm using gpay regularly so every update i probable take on pixel experience when i switch can break root and safenet pass. So i actually don't know if I should switch because right now everything i need just workd
For me it doesn't.
When i activate the battery savings mode then i really feel it being slower and unsmooth.
I don't feel a different between 100% brightness and 20%
Sorry for the late reply, but I am pretty sure Pixel Experience has no OnePlus apps like the Camera and file manager app and no Dolby Atmos support. • Encryption is enabled by default
• SELinux is enforcing/permissive
*Dolby Atmos Included and OnePlus related settings
Flashing Instructions
Clean flash (coming from 11.0.9.1):
• Download ROM from the link above
• Download Magisk v23.0 or newer (optionally)
• Reboot to recovery
• Format data (if encrypted)
• Flash ROM zip [ USE PROVIDED RECOVERY FOR ENCRYPTION]
• Reboot and voila!
• To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash magisk.
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
• Flash ROM zip and magisk (optional)
• Wipe cache and dalvik (optional, recommended)
• Reboot and voila!
