wipe data (only recommended not a must)
flash zip
bootloop? wipe data\factory reset

notes
need latest twrp or cwm
Google experience launcher is not included in the stock android 4.4
once i download and install Google experience launcher you will get the hot word detection from launcher and the transparent status bar and NavBar
no root? flash latest super SU from HERE
or reboot recovery reboot from recovery and swipe to fix root

Didnt test it yet you can try but make a nandroid first

When I tried to flash the image in latest TWRP it failed. Someone had problems with flashing it or its just me?
