Never heard any creaks from my XT duo. Maybe you are mashing down on the "touch screen" too hard? Try some WD40 - haha .

Do u guys get a little creaking when pressing sides of phone on bottom? I'm wondering if it's just how it's built, or if my son dropped it a few times. Haha
..

Son admitted to dropping it. It's just a cheap plastic anyways

I bought some cheap TPU cases for mine. Provides some protection against falls, etc. Most phones are cheap plastic these days, aren't they?

Then after spending hours flashing and customizing my phone, it's worth hundreds of dollars to me, so every phone I buy gets at least a TPU cover.

Yea. I have a tmobile note 3 that's rooted. It's nice. I've hacked HTC inspire, atrix hd, gs2, gs3&HTC one,HTC one x,HTC m7 and m8

Updated to V2

New Theme / New DPI / All Apps updated to latest versions

Yeah, sorry about that.

No problem
I changed the DPI to 280 you still get 3 icons in a rom in the pulldown
at 260 and 270 the pulldown gets distorted to 4 icons in a row and just doesn't work for me

Did you format data?
Did you try and flash SuperSU after flashing the ROM?

I have a dumb question. Do we need to do those mounts when restoring a back up?

simple rule is Yes
Why ? Well if data has become Encrypted for any reason it's easy to check in Mount
TWRP cannot write to the data partition if it's encrypted so the simple thing is check before you do anything

If Data is Encrypted (you can't select it in Mount)
you need to Wipe / Format Data / type yes

now you can flash or restore your data without error

Asked cuz I did a restore, and it went back olti the stock ROM. Lol.
